Cute, comfortable, clean, Great location! Updated 2bedroom, 2 bath condo with ocean and pool view from your own private balcony. Located in a small (30 unit) Ocean front complex in charming Cape Canaveral with direct beach acccess. Walking distance to the Cocoa Beach Pier. 2nd floor unit (with elevator). Two large bedrooms and two full baths. Master bedroom features king-size bed, second bedroom has two XL twin beds. Hall bath has a walk-in shower along with a linen closet and a washer and dryer. Open kitchen is fully stocked. The living room features a queen size sleeper sofa and two large comfy swivel rockers. Screened Balcony overlooks sparkling salt water pool with Ocean view. Pool area has a gas grill, tables, plenty of seating, and a small pool house with rest room. There are TVs with cable in the master and the living room. Wood-look tile floors throughout. Cape Canaveral is a small town just south of Port Canaveral and north of Cocoa Beach. 48 miles (about 45 minutes) from the Orlando International Airport. The condo is one mile north of the Cocoa Beach pier and two miles south of Port Canaveral. There’s a grocery store close by and plenty of great, family owned restaurants. Public tennis and shuffle board courts are four blocks away. It’s a great town for biking. The beach offers wonderful viewing for rocket launches. You will love your stay here, everyone does. Discount for rentals longer than 3 months.

Cozy and Relaxing

The property was perfect, we liked the location to the beach. It was quiet and centrally located. The Condo was perfect and comfortable. It was one of the best equipped that I have stayed at! I will return!!!

Fun for everyone!

Clean and spacious condo, with tasteful decor. Beach access literally steps away! Heated pool perfect in any weather. Grounds and pool are immaculate, and seen to regularly. Bbq on site was perfect! Wonderful family trip! Thank you to our host!

Perfect Quaint Condo

Our second stay at this place and we will return again and again. Condo is centrally located between Ron Jon and fishing pier at Jetty Park, so we had the best of Cocoa and Canaveral. The beach in front of the condo is not overly crowded. The kitchen is stocked with wares that make cooking easier including a crock pot so dinner is ready after a day on the beach. Beds are comfortable. Residents and other guests are friendly and respectful. This is a great spot to vacation.

Naia, the property was very clean as always. In 7 years you are the 1st person to say otherwise. You told me you threw a small bedroom rug in the washer and ruined it also the small front door mat and the kitchen rug which is an indoor outdoor rug that I personally hand scrubbed outside prior to your stay it was clean. Should not have been thrown in the washer. You told me you would replace the rugs because you ruined them. You purchased Dollar store rugs - not comparable. You left the refrigerator, freezer, and cabinets full of open food. Causing additional cleaning time.

The beach unit was exactly as presented steps from the sand was perfect and the view from was very relaxing. The place was well appointed and stocked with many back up items. You couldn't rate the hostess any higher, very professional and patient. I would not hesitate to go there again.

Cozy getaway

Such a wonderful condo and community! Janice was an exceptional host. She was attentive and communicated in a very timely manner. The unit was clean, well appointed, and had a great view of the pool. The other condo residents were very friendly and welcoming. Even got an up close and personal fireworks show from a neighbor!

Fantastic Place

Just like the pictures on vrbo. The nicest owner. Great communication. Small complex steps from the beach. Wonderful pool, and the tenants and other guests were extremely friendly. Can't wait to go again.

Quiet Summer Getaway

The beach is lovely, ships leaving port are plentiful, and community is quaint and quiet. The pictures posted represent the condo perfectly. The beds are very comfortable. The living room furniture is cozy and comfortable for reading or watching TV. That chair in the master is another reading corner we raced to after the sun and fun of the beach and pool and walking and bike riding wore us out - it naps nicely in the afternoon. The kitchen is modestly equipped for cooking breakfast and dinner, however restaurants are a very short drive away if cooking is not happening on vacation. Some restaurants are within waking distance, but June was not the month for that. We enjoyed being close enough to the pier and the port to walk to both. Watching ships depart from Jetty Park is pretty cool as the dolphins love to swim and play in the wakes and waves. We saw sea turtles and manatees at the jetty and even peacocks - yes, wild peacocks. Towels and beach chairs are provided - a nice touch. We had a perfect beach vacation.

Our favorite complex to stay in. Every time you walk to front door, what a great view and we loved overlooking pool. Great place.

Perfect for Work and Play

My husband and I stayed in this beautiful condo for a month. Wonderfully located for what we needed, an easy commute for our short term job and a relaxing get away every night and on our few days off. The condo is well appointed with easy parking and great access to the pool, the beach and restaurants. It is quiet and very clean, the pool area is clean too. The common areas are landscaped, there is a grill and small room which has a bathroom, fridge and table if you don't want to take the short walk back to the condo. Everything is updated but because there are so few condos things are peaceful and friendly. I can't say enough good things about this place. We look forward to our return. Thanks Janice

We had a blast!

Everything was perfect! We loved our stay! the condo was superb and the view beautiful. The owner had our well-being and our comfort at heart. The kids loved the proximity of the beach and the pool. We have created wonderful memories!

Wonderful time at the beach - very charming condo

The condo was perfect. The coastal décor made it a relaxing and comfortable environment. It was very clean with beautiful views of the ocean and pool. The location is unbeatable – only steps away from the beach with a picturesque boardwalk leading to the sand. The condo came fully equipped with everything from beach chairs and a cooler to a fully stocked kitchen. There was nothing we needed that the condo wasn’t supplied with. The surrounding town is charming and everyone is friendly. Loved everything about this unit and will definitely stay here again.

~ Magical Beach Holiday ~

We had the most delightful holiday in Cape Canaveral. This unit was perfection for my family. There is an awesome view, over looking the pool, and steps away from the ocean. We adored the beach so much, especially since it's a non-driving beach , it was beyond magical. We set up our umbrellas, read many books, relaxed , swam, jumped into the pool, walked, jogged, and had cocktail's while enjoying the ocean breeze. Everyone we meet was so friendly around the complex, and we plan on coming back same time next year. Lots of cool places to eat around the area . This was our first time in this unit, but it will NOT be our last, we will be back same time next year ! Thank you !!!
