Fully fitted and furnished roomy home away from home. 2 BR 2 BA, LR, DR, King beds, 1 full main bath and 1 ensuite bathroom. Fenced back yard, bbq, washer/dryer, Smart Tvs, wi/fi central air, boogy boards. You can walk to everything, restaurants, stores, parks, Ron Jons, beach and more. Nice comfortable furnishings, and relaxing porches. Nicely landscaped. Ideal for families and pets. Close to dog park as well. Enjoy the surf and all the activities as people walk to the beach.

Great location to the beach. Place could of been cleaner. Floors were dirty and the fairly new remodeled shower had mildew in it.

We loved the spot.! Super close to everything. We literally walked every where. The beach access is right down the road.! Joe was great with communication and even let us check in early. Thanks for a great stay. We would stay again in a heart beat.!

Not as fancy as some expensive condos nearby but, was clean, had the amenities needed, walking distance to beach, shopping, bars, restaurants. For the price, was worth it. Check in was a phone call to Joe who is very nice and helpful.

The property was exactly as described in the listing. It was conveniently located to the beach, which made it even more amazing. The property manager was delightful and a great communicator. We will be back!

This was a good location for coming to Cocoa Beach. We had parties to attend and this was conveniently located. Large space, beds were comfortable, rate was reasonable and the check in/checkout was simple. Joe the property manager was good to work with and made things easy.

great condo & location

We loved our trip to Cocoa Beach! The condo was very nice and the owners were so helpful with food and activity recommendations. The walk to the beach was short and easy. Would definitely stay here again.

Week at the Beach

I loved the location of the property. Close to restaurants, grocery store and most importantly the Beach. Had a few issues but Joe was great regarding them. The bedroom furniture was on the old side and not very comfortable but over all the accommodations were ok. Enjoyed our stay and would stay again!

Weekend getaway

This was a great property in a great location and perfect for a weekend beach getaway. My friends and our kids loved the location and the apartment was even better than the pictures. We live in Orlando and will definitely be staying here again.

We really liked it here. You were walking distance from everything you could need. They had everything you needed to bake and cook. Very clean. Would definitely book again.

When we first came to Florida, we knew that the SpaceCoast area was superior to the other areas for vacationers due to its location. It is such an easy ride to the theme parks while have the surf is what most come to Florida to experience. It maintains the small town atmosphere, while being a fun place to vacation.
