Well priced rental in quiet and peaceful Ormond by the Sea. Beautiful condo overlooking the Atlantic ocean from 4th floor balcony. The unit is furnished for comfort and relaxation. Fifteen minutes north of the Daytona Strip and forty-five minutes south of St, Augustine. Close to grocery stores and local restaurants. Ten minutes from quaint downtown Ormond Beach for fine dining. Even though unit accommodates 6 guests we prefer 4 or less. ** 7 day minimum stay. Jan. Through March 30 day minimum stay.

Host was wonderful, very welcoming and responsive. Perfect location to watch the waves and relax and read. Plenty to sightsee and parks to visit. Many restaurants to choose from and shopping was very convenient. Great time had by all!

2020 vacation

Condo was great, right where we wanted it, on the ocean. Pretty close to a private beach. Owner was great. Close to everything you would want. Would recommend this to any one.

Thank you for your positive feedback. For the purpose of clarification, the unit is directly across the street from the ocean only requiring the crossing of A1A for easy access. Our location restricts public access and therefore the beach is only used by residents or visitors to the condo. The view from the Balcony on the fourth floor permits direct ocean view with an unrestricted view southward to Daytona Beach. As owners we pride ourselves on responsiveness and attention to customer service. range view southward toward Daytona Beach.

Clean, comfortable, fully stocked with anything you may need! Wonderful owners, very responsive.

This was one of the cleanest, nicest condos we have rented. It has the most comfortable furniture and beds you could ask for! Beautiful, comfortable balcony furniture too. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need! There are games, movies and books for the kids. The views are incredible and grocery store is close by as are many great restaurants. The owners are wonderful and so easy to work with. They respond immediately to any requests you may have. Also, chairs, umbrellas, toys, books, and beach towels are available for those perfect, relaxing beach days! Thank you for a great stay and all the special touches we enjoyed and appreciate. Stayed 3/2023 and 4/2023

Owners appear to be very nice people and did answer any correspondence promptly However,upon arrival we were astounded to see how little room they gave us to put our belongings. Owner occupied about 70 percent of space for their personal belongings More than expected draws were locked and total clutter in closet areas. This is not acceptable and since owners were hours away we were in a no win situation. So we made due for 2 months. Also stove door when opened scraped against the wall. Also smoke alarm went off 8 times with minimal cooking. We did have appliance guy come in who said one of burners was covered with foil possibly rectifying problem but it didnt. Also one of bathroom sinks was clogged and plumber had to be called. This I could give a pass to but two bottles of drano were underneath vanity leading me to believe this may be a recurring issue. Plumber did rectify that issue Outdoor balcony had wonderful view but no screen door. Also no garbage disposal. As a renter I dont expect paradise but do expect to have a comfort level for a 2 month stay. As i said we made due but hope the owners make changes to create a more comfortable environment,

Please note that upon receiving your phone call regarding your issues we immediately responded (with qualified technicians) and resolved the issues regarding the sink, the oven and the fire alarm. These types of common issues occur as they would in any household and are unfortunately to be expected. We wish you happy trails and safe travels.

If you want a Place that's close to the ocean with a beautiful view, this is it! Highly recommend and Elana and Frank were wonderful to deal with.

Great location

The location was perfect, wonderful views of the Ocean, beach and sunrises. Saw many dolphins. Very well kept, both the unit and the building and grounds. Excellent communication with the owner.

Outdoor fun in the sun

The condo was great! It included everything you need for fun in the sun. Being centrally located on the beach, you can travel to nearby restaurants, grocery stores and nail salons. Cozy and clean plus incredible sunrises. At times you can see dolphins swimming early in the morning. Owners are in incredible!!! Great communication and attention to detail. Highly recommend Bella Vista to all traveling to Ormond by the Sea.

2700 Ocean Watch Condo Ormond by Sea

Was impressed by the safety precautions. Excellent front view of ocean and balcony. Nice ocean breeze. Good parking area.Stores & restaurants close by. Rental was from Mar.1-31 but left early(Mar.19) as others did due to Corona virus. Air flight was scheduled to go thru JFK but we made earlier arrangements to stay away from JFK.

Ormond condo

The owners of this unit were exceptionally helpful and friendly. They helped make our stay an enjoyable experience. The condo is nice, clean, and well appointed. It has an awesome view of the beach and ocean. The beach is private but yet you are conveniently located to about anything you could want to do.We look forward to returning.
