Was our first time at this property in Ormond by the Sea. We enjoyed our stay, condo was very well stacked. Close to restaurants, beach access, we will definitely return.

We had a fantastic stay, the weather was wonderful. Loved having kitchen and living space in addition to the two bedrooms. Pool was used once, it’s a bit cool but great on a warm day. The deck furniture was comfy and ocean views were breathtaking. We appreciated having a space to stay that was so close to many area amenities.

Great get away!

The condo was nicely located in a quiet neighborhood with a beautiful private beach yet only 15 minutes from downtown Daytona!

Summer Vacation

Our family of 4 enjoyed staying here! It is very quiet, and the beach is wonderful. We hope to come back again next summer!

Stay march 27 through April 3 2021

It's in an amazing location not right in the center of everything but close enough. We had plenty of room and everything you can use and more there. Will definitely use again

Surpassed My Expectations

This condo was fabulous! Spacious, clean and very comfortable! I couldn’t think of a more perfect place for my family to have spent our vacation. The beach was awesome. I loved how private it was and non-crowded. The short walk to get to the beach was perfect. We can’t wait to come back!

Highly recommend!

Condo is very clean and comfortable. Had everything we needed. Had some trouble getting the tvs working only because I wasn't familiar with the cable format and how to work it. Great view from balcony. Very short walk to the beach. Would definitely recommend and would stay there again.

Very nice place and the owner was very perfect….everything was perfect +++

The condo was very complete and full installations in the kitchen….( spices, pots and plates +++) We appreciate the complex and the swimming pools because I was unable to walk… Everything was perfect. !!! Merci Jeff!!!

It was all GREAT !!

It was just what we wanted , great location , great view of the ocean and caught alot of fish !! Jeff, has provided everything you need to run this condo. He really went beyond what we expected, hope to return soon. Sincerely Ron & Cathy Dean

Ormond-by-the-Sea

The owner was very accommodating. It is reasonably priced and in a very nice area. The internal grounds were very well kept and maintained. The condo was comfortable, the living room area was recently updated and the kitchen was sufficiently stocked. The ocean is clearly visible from either side of the unit and the beach is across the road but easy to get to. The garage was also a nice extra. Would suggest a deep dust cleaning, a bit ceiling paint, and repair of the entrance door.... Would stay there again.

Quiet little resort

We had a great time. Condo had just about everything you could ask for and them some. Lots of books and movies. We had an issue with wifi but owner quickly got Spectrum there to fix it. Only issue I can say is the pool is not heated. It was cool while we were there so couldnt use pool. But we knew that going in. Would stay here again

Perfect vacation spot

Such a perfect place to stay. Huge bedrooms. The master bed was so comfy!! I wanted to pack it up and bring it home with me. Great communication by Jeff. Loved how stocked the kitchen was. Even had pancake mix and syrup left by some people before us that we enjoyed!! Also appreciated the backpack beach chairs, boogie boards, beach mat, and umbrella!! Parked in the shared garage before the other person got there first. They parked over the line, which was fine. We just parked in one of the public spots after that. Definitely had all of the amenities you could want just across A1A from the beach! The beach area is pretty secluded, which I love! Can’t wait to come back.

Great spot!

The property was perfect, clean and comfy. Area is quiet, but there are many restaurants nearby. Jeff is a very accommodating host. He communicates in a timely fashion and is very easy to contact at all times. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Inviting Beach House

Enjoyed every minute with the family. Felt right at home with the added perk of an beautiful ocean view. Will definitely stay here again when in Ormond Beach

ORMOND BEACH VACATION

This condo is in a great location. We could see the sunrise from our condo as well as watch the kids swim. Quiet area and neighbors. Only thing it was lacking was a washer and dryer in the condo. It does have coin laundry on site however. Would stay again!

Perfect location

If you prefer a quite, relaxing atmosphere then this is the place to stay. If you prefer first Class accommodations then keep searching. The condo was clean and well stocked.

A little piece of paradise

We had a great time at the condo- it was clean and organized and had all the comforts of home that we needed! We definitely recommend this condo to others! Jeff was wonderful and easy to talk to and provided guidance when necessary.

Just like home

Place was amazing to stay at. Kids started calling it home right away. It honestly felt like home away from home. Only downside was the master bed was way too soft but I like a way firmer mattress than most.

Clean and Quiet

Property was exactly as described. Clean, quiet, and with an amazing view of the ocean. It was awesome to sit on the balcony and watch the sunrise while listening to the waves. Property owner is very responsive and helpful. We did not get to the condo until 1am and had issues with the lock. He answered the phone and helped us right away. The area is extremely quiet and peaceful.
