This magnificent 1 acre estate is a fully walled private zen garden complete with a koi pond and a beautiful pool with a surrounding outdoor kitchen, barbecue, bar and fireplace. This Spanish style villa has 6 spacious bedrooms including two very large Master bedrooms, 7 spa quality bathrooms so every bedroom has it's own attached bathroom. We have a large gourmet kitchen with a butlers pantry and a separate dining area. There is a very large living room, a game room, and 4 indoor fireplaces as well. We have a motor court to accommodate guests parking. There is wireless internet and cable throughout the property. The property is near a large park, a hiking trailhead and the bike trail. A few minutes drive to the beach as well as the airport and a 15 minute drive to downtown Santa Barbara. We have a state of the art security system with cameras on the entry points and outdoor walkways. We have an on-site caretaker in a detached guest house. We will personally make sure that your stay is a memorable one. We love hosting guests in this stunning sanctuary. You will keep wanting to come back to this very special Oasis among the beautiful Santa Ynez Mountains on the central coast of California in this legendary place. Please no wedding inquiries! Unfortunately the local laws do not allow us to do that sort of thing. We are inundated with wedding inquiries and just don't like having to say no multiple times a day. No parties, weddings, rehearsal dinners. Thank you!

Amazing property and owner

We had a family event in Santa Barbara for the extended weekend, this beautiful property housed the family and more comfortably. The checkin process is flawless, and the owner is very responsive to any questions. 10/10 would recommend. Fantastic.

Paradise in Paradise

Wow, just wow! This family of 12 celebrated our matriarch's 80th birthday by coming back to Santa Barbara, our home town, for 4 nights at the beginning of 2025. This property is amazing! Between the 6 bedrooms with ensuite baths, the game room, massive and fully stocked kitchen, the pool, the BBQ, bar and eating area, the huge living room with grand piano, the massage chair in the master bedroom, the putting green, the Koi pond, AND the incredible and spacious 4 head shower there is literally nothing missing. We ended up spending the majority of our time at the house, and we have zero regrets. The hosts were amazing, the house was clean and the neighborhood quiet. We will be back!

A memorable holiday!

Our three generation family Xmas gathering was well-served by this wonderful property. The pool was a huge bonus, the ping pong table saw a lot of action, and the exercise room was also appreciated. We cooked all of our meals in the well-stocked kitchen. A few more forks and glasses would be great for a big group. Honestly the house was so comfortable we only left the compound twice except for grocery shopping. Highest recommendation to prospective visitors. We were also very close to Goleta beach and the airport.

Plenty of Room

There were eight of us who stayed at this amazing property for a golf outing. Everyone in the group loved the house and the number of bedrooms and bathrooms. In addition, the outside area and the grounds are just beautiful. Everything was top notch and we all highly recommend this property and house. The host was fantastic to work with and made everything so easy.

Perfect setting for a birthday trip in Santa Barbara

This listing was the best setting for a joint birthday trip with friends! We couldn't believe our eyes when we walked in, it truly felt like a villa/mini resort. The property was gorgeous and had everything we could think of. Pool, game room, putting green, etc., we were never bored. It is very conveniently located to get to state street, the beach, and all other SB attractions. The accommodations were beautiful as well and the host was incredibly kind and gracious. Check in / check out was simple and easy too. I can't recommend this booking enough for anyone visiting SB with a group, we will definitely be back for future trips!

Resort-style living in a Santa Barbara home oasis!

Our family of 14+ (adult children and spouses and one 10 year old child) spent 3 days this October in advance of an upcoming weekend wedding nearby. It was the perfect place for an extended family pre-wedding vacation, and everyone loved it! It is a gorgeous, well-maintained property with plenty of room for all of us to sleep, each with private bathrooms. The large dining room and huge, well-equipped kitchen made cooking and eating together easy and convenient. Then there were all the extra amenities including a central courtyard with in-ground pool, plenty of chaise lounges and towels, outdoor grill. bar area and dining table, a putting green(!) and a game room which opened up to the courtyard area. There is also a small workout room with a ping pong table! The grounds were immaculate and featured a stunning koi pond that was so peaceful and added to the outdoor beauty and feeling of absolute seclusion. The home is within about 15 minutes of Santa Barbara's airport and couldn't have been more convenient. The hosts were extremely helpful and made our stay truly carefree. I highly recommend this property for an unforgettable getaway!

Great family gathering place for long weekend

Comfortable, well maintained, spacious and interesting option for large family gathering for a long weekend. Loved the outdoor spaces and game room. Easy 15 min drive to pier and downtown Santa Barbara just a few exits south on 101.

Stunning!

What an amazing 5 star property! I came in with a group of friends to golf Sandpiper and other local courses. From the minute we arrived all of the group was saying they couldn't believe how beautiful the property was. You won't be disappointed if you book this house.

Pretty property with ample sleeping - great for large family!

This place is a pretty mediterranean style home. It is a good design with sleeping on one side and activities on the other so people can sleep and others can hang out, play pool, shuffleboard, etc without disturbing others. The kitchen was nice and big. The house is definately worn and kitchen cabinets, drawers and inside drawers dirty. Windows dirty with hand prints etc. The washer had lots of mold in it (front loading washer that isn't maintained). For cost and level of home, i was surprised to have Kirkland Shampoo/Conditioner and grubby stained towels. Kind of silly to keep asking for trash bags, paper towels and TP. I did like that they had a large trash can dumpster for large groups! That filled up fast staying there for 6 nights! This is not a private home in that pool maintenance, koi maintenance and property caretaker are around. Lots of activity but everyone very nice. I would suggest them to have another fridge or get the drink fridge by the BBQ replaced before a big group rents it. so, bring coolers if you have a lot of food and drinks

Fantastic Property

The photos don't do this place justice! Our stay was wonderful. The grounds are gorgeous and expansive. They had everything we needed for a long weekend with our extended family, and their communication and accommodations were superb.

Perfect house for our girls trip

We had 15 women for a bachelorette party, and I think the house was the highlight. Everyone was able to have plenty of space and separate quarters. The pool was the perfect temp for August without the need to heat it. There were not many floaties at the house, so bring some with you if you want to float. There were also only 8 lounge chairs by the pool, so if you have more than that, be prepared to accommodate. Kitchen was very nice and well equipped. We enjoyed the game room.

Absolutely beautiful property!!

We were in town for a family reunion. This home was perfect!! Plenty of room to lounge around and visit without being crowded. Each bathroom had it's own bath. Beds were very comfortable. Large kitchen with plenty of room and all the amenities you would need to prepare shared meals. The grounds are beautiful and serene. The massage chair in the master was such an unexpected plus!! Dani was super quick with responses to all our questions. We are already talking about a return visit.

Great Pool and Koi Areas!

The greatest highlight of this property is the swimming pool, the Koi pond, the size, the game room and golf amenities and it’s large with lots of bathrooms. Could use some more general cleaning before we arrived. Host had good communication. Easy check in. We had 12 people and could accommodate more spacious enough and close to airport. Master room looked nice too!

Expansive property well-suited to a large family/group

This lovely oasis in the hills above Santa Barbara comfortably accommodated our family of 17. Six bedrooms, each with its own full bathroom, and sofa bed in the game room with its own full bathroom. The large modern kitchen made a wonderful gathering spot and place to prepare meals. The pool and surrounding area is where we spent most of our time, enjoying the always gorgeous Central California weather. Our guests enjoyed visiting downtown SB, hiking the local trails, going to the beach, and taking a day trip to Solvang. Many amenities are within a 10-15 min drive of the property. Dani, the property manager, was very responsive to all questions. We had a lovely visit and would stay here again.

Family Reunion

We had a family reunion vacation planned in Santa Barbara and found this lovely house to rent for a 5 day trip. The house is beautiful and well taken care of. We loved the pool and the outdoor bbq. There is a pool table, ping pong, and board games as well. We didn’t need to leave the house to be entertained. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom, which was perfect as we had 6 family members and their spouses. I highly recommend this house to anyone who is visiting the area.

Family trip for courthouse wedding

The house and grounds were spectacular. We were attending one of our daughters’ weddings with 7 adults and 6 children and it could not have been more perfect. After the wedding, both families came to the house for wedding cake and everyone loved the house. The children were enthralled by the koi pond and loved the pool. Highly recommend!!

Magnificent experience

We stayed here with my close family members in celebration of our Elopement wedding. The home was huge and clean. The pool and pool house was a hit. Everyone enjoyed this people place, we plan to book again next year.

Fabulous Oasis - Perfect for a family gathering

We were so impressed with this fabulous property which we rented to gather as a family for my mother's 90th birthday. The photos don't do the property justice. We wanted a place that we could all enjoy for the weekend and this was the perfect spot. It was incredibly spacious with a great layout that allowed privacy in our own rooms/ bathrooms, but also provided areas to relax as a group. The kitchen has everything you need with all best appliances and is well stocked with pots/ pans and enough glassware/ flatware/ plates to serve a larger group. My boys loved the pool table and game room. Sadly it rained most of the weekend so we didn't have much time in the beautiful pool but the outside is well cared for with a beautiful Koi pond. We were able to make group meals with have plenty of places to eat together. The host Dani was very responsive and flexible. Great vibes all around. I wouldn't have changed a thing.

Beautiful, Peaceful, Comfortable Home

We were there for a birthday celebration among 12 friends. This home accommodated us perfectly! There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out and be comfortable. There was not an amenity we felt we were without and easily cooked in the home as well. The outside area is serene and beautiful and there are some trails nearby. Thank you for the beautiful stay to celebrate a special occasion! We appreciated this experience very much!

Great for a family get together!

What an amazing place! This is the second time we have stayed here and other than the weather it was just as good if not better this time around. The place was immaculate upon arrival and we were able to check-in a few hours early. The property manager was very responsive and quick to assist with any request we had. We look to staying here again next year.
