La Faisanderie is a charming 18th century farmhouse recently renovated, facing south, surrounded by large green areas and a pretty orchard with local varieties of apples, pears and plums. It has a swimming pool (10x5m) secure, heated on request, and a pond (secured by a fence) on which you can fish at your leisure. This house has 6 bedrooms, 2 dormitories and, from the summer of 2019, the Barn (reception room that will replace the tents). La Faisanderie can accommodate 30 people.
You will have outdoor garden furniture, BBQ, deck chairs, table tennis, swings and children's games (sandbox, ...). Private tarred courtyard (ideal for bikes, scooters ...).
Deposit + options:
50% deposit on booking, balance paid at the entrance of the premises.
A deposit of € 1000 for the rental and a deposit of € 150 for cleaning will be requested at the entrance of the premises, checks not cashed without reason.
Options: Housekeeping, Sheets, Towels, Central Heating and Heating Pool (pool open seasonally) at an extra charge.
