The kitchen is so fully equipped that the designated cook will feel like they got the better end of the deal. Enjoy family dinner around our custom made table with enough seating for 10.

Watch a movie on our 56" 4K TV or relax in one of the jetted tubs - sounds just about perfect doesn't it?

We had an amazing ski week at Okemo over Christmas break with two families (4 adults 5 kids 1 dog). The house was immaculately clean. It looks BETTER than the photos on VRBO in my opinion. The house was one of the most well stocked I've ever rented. The kitchen had utensils, appliances, and tools that you probably don't even have in your regular kitchen! We had a lot of fun cooking and baking together. Dining table was large enough for puzzles and all 9 of us to gather for meals. Boardgames, movies, puzzles, throw blankets, firewood, ski stuff storage, towels, etc. were abundant and made our stay a truly wonderful experience. Access to Okemo slopes was an easy 3-4 minute drive. Our dog enjoyed the access to a leashed dog run in the back yard. FYI, the three floors of the house are connected by a beautiful metal circular staircase. It wasn't a problem for anyone in our group to navigate (ages 7–58) but I can see it perhaps being difficult for toddlers and elderly. We will definitely be back next winter!

Great cozy ski getaway house

Super owner. Wonderful to work worth, before during and after the vacation. Cozy ski house just a very short drive to Okemo. Easy place to stay with family.

Good stay for a family

You will enjoy your stay here. There are some important things that may not be obvious though. There is only the narrow winding stairs inside so it was often easier to use the exterior stairs to get to the main floor from the downstairs. The downstairs (which has 1 bedroom, bathroom, and the game room) is chillier when you use the stove (which keeps the place more than toasty).

Great stay with friends and family

Our 2 families with kids aged 1yr-11yrs old stayed in this very homey house for a week and we just had a great time! The house is very close to Okemo and it was a very convenient short drive with the kids in ski school. The house was cleared of snow upon arrival and there was always someone to continue to clear the driveway as we did get a lot of snow this week! When you get there, there is room in the mudroom to remove all wet boots and jackets and there are enough hooks for everyone’s jackets. The mudroom is attached to the playroom with the football and hockey tables and the kids did have a great time playing there. The bedroom and bathroom on that level tends to be a bit colder than the rest of the home but there are plenty blankets! The kitchen was well stocked and it had plenty of spices and condiments when we missed something! Also the pans were large enough to cook for 10! The living area was comfortable for all the kids to watch TV and the collection of DVD was ridiculously big. All the beds were very comfortable and the house was very homey in general. The only thing I would recommend was for the lack of house manual as we were not sure where we were supposed to put the trash out but John did answered very promptly!

Okemo ski getaway

Stayed at this property over winter break with one other family. Great location, less than 5 minutes to Okemo base and Main Street, Ludlow. Kids loved air hockey and fusbol in the lower level. Kitchen equipped with everything one would need. Owner quickly responding to any questions.

Perfect house for the four of us and our dog. Great location, so close to the mountain.

First time using vrbo. It was so easy and John was great. He responded to any questions quickly and provided great information. The location was fantastic, 2 minutes to the mountain and to town.

Such a good time!

With fresh snow on Okemo and good company we had a great time! I recommend this home for any family or families. This home easily slept five with plenty of room for more! Air Hockey and Fusbol are key to relaxing after skiing! Would definitely go back and Okemo is such a great place for families!

The quintessential VT family ski house.

I have been renting this Okemo A-Frame home for a few years now. It is the perfect two family ski house, that is only a 5min drive to the mountain. All the games and amenities to keep the kiddos and adults entertained. We will be back again next year!

Wonderful trip!

We had a wonderful time at this lovely home. We stayed for five nights and got a foot of snow in one day. We appreciated that the driveway was plowed. The entrance to the mud room was terrific for placing our wet ski clothes and boots. We enjoyed the game room after dinner each night. The kitchen was terrific and very well equipped. The seating area in the kitchen was quite comfortable for all of us. We enjoyed preparing meals with the nice counter space on the island. The living room, including large TV and wood stove were very nice. We look forward to returning next season!

Splendid Time

The family had such a great time here. We found the place at relatively short notice and found the owners to be helpful and thorough with all details. Many of our party didn't ski and found the house more than comfortable. The house is about 2 minutes drive from the slopes and within 5 minutes of town. Would definately consider staying again

Exactly as pictured/described!

Our experience was everything you'd want from a homeaway rental! First, the house is *exactly* as pictured and is stocked perfectly. It truly is 2 minutes from the okemo base and the kitchen is well-stocked with everything from a coffee maker to a waffle iron. There a boxes and boxes of toys and books (adult and child). We were two families and the kids spent most of the time down in the game room and happily shared the 'dorm' room on the 3rd floor. Second, dealing with the owners was very easy.
