Walk to the closest beach next to the Ritz Carlton, or relax at the private heated pool and enjoy the breeze. Close to Delnor-Wiggins State Park where you can rent kayaks, paddleboards, or go boating and fishing. Near exceptional dining and shopping. The house is fully equipped; the kitchen is large with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. Each bedroom has a TV . The pool area is screened and also has a shaded patio. Enjoy your stay! Wi-Fi and basic TV included. The home has to king beds, one queen and two twin beds. Also, a queen sofa bed in the living room and a twin sofa bed in one of the bedrooms.

This was a great home for our weekend girls trip. It had everything we needed for our stay. Only a mile to Vanderbuilt Beach and lots of restaurants close by. Maria was quick to respond with any questions or issues we had. We would definitely stay here again if we're in the area.

Host was fine. Dishwasher was broken and also a closet door fell off when we opened it. There were also contact lenses laying around the master bedroom and bathroom.

Nice size property for 5 adults to spread out and enjoy but also to all hang together. Lots of outdoor seating also! The kitchen was very large and had all the dishes/pans you need! The host checked in right away to make sure we had everything we needed! We would definately stay here again!

Fantastic Property!

Clean. Big. Everything we needed. The pool was so fun to have especially when it was enclosed entirely in a screen. Quiet neighborhood and comfortable back patio. If in the area again we will rent this property again. Thanks!

Golf trip home

Loved the place. That said, TV instructions too complicated. Also, the third bathroom is actually outside by the pool .... listing gives the impression it would be near the bedrooms.

Nice stay

The house itself is very spacious and nice and had all amenities for cooking etc. If a heated pool is a must for you, it’s questionable if pool will be heated. there’s a sensor for pool heater to stop each night at 7. So it would take some time for pool to heat on arrival and we couldn’t use the pool for 2 days. we did have to restart it several times to reset it bc it would stop working.

Perfect location for a group

Enjoyed this house with family from washington,Germany, Chicago and Wisconsin. Close to beach and activities. Plenty of room for all. Beach items supplied and the pool was relaxing to come home to. The best is it was Dog friendly..Thank you for the memories.

Great place

We had a funeral to attend to in the area and found this great property. The location was excellent it is close to restaurants, beach and shopping. Communication with the property manager was excellent and quick! The property is equipped with all you will need. I am thankful that there was an iron and ironing board as we had a lot of formal clothes that needed ironing after travel!

Spacious property! Excellent value!

Maria's property had just about every need and amenity guests would need staying in a home away from home! Well equipped kitchen, pool and beach accessories, clean and comfortable! The place felt bigger than mentioned, and the back lanai with heated pool was were we stayed most of the time! Quick responses from our host. I highly recommend Maria's property.

Great Homebase for Fun in the Pool and Beach

The pool and outdoor patio are great and my kids played in the pool for hours. Good assortment of beach gear, too. comfortable bedrooms and ample storage space with a lot of seating in dining and family areas. My only critique would be the kitchen is not well stocked or stocked at all for cooking. We were only in the house a few days and hadn't planned on cooking much, but it would have been hard if we had planned otherwise. I had a quick question and easily reached the property manager. We've stayed in the North Naples area previously and know it's a great location. Thanks!

Best House in all aspect

The house is super comfortable, all you need , they have them. The pool is clean and fresh. The locarion is perfect. Vandervilt beach acces is only one mile away. All restaurants and night clubs are on the shopping cruzing the main road. I had an excellent mini vacation.

Cafes and restaurants are within walking distance like Joe's Diner and Mercato where you can find a variety of shops and restaurants. Experiences and attractions are nearby; dining , shopping., sightseeing and water sports. Historic downtown, Fifth Ave is only about 8 miles from the home. Some restaurants to dine on the beach are The Turtle Club, Rhodes End, and Gumbo Limbo. Other places to dine with scenic views are he Boat House, Old Naples Pub, and Jane's Café. It is in the middle of Fort Myers and Marco Island. Drive down on Hickory Blvd and Estero Blvd from Bonita Beach Rd all the way to Fort Myers Pier Beach and be mesmerized by breathtaking views of Bonita Beach, Estero Bay, and Fort Myers Beach.
