Amazing 4 Bedroom 3 Bath Pool Home. About 1 mile from the Beach and Great Eats

This 4 bedroom 3 bathroom "Hilton" is named Poolside Paradise TRE. It is our 3rd rental and by far the most luxurious and spacious. This home has almost 2100 sq ft of living space, which is perfect for the family vacation or two foursomes for golf. Our private, heated pool, will be the main attraction with the children and a great place to relax after a day at the beach. This screened in area with weber grill, and table for 6, is a great place to spend the evening. We provide all the grilling equipments, plates, cups, and such for a great dinner. If traditional cooking is your "thang", we have all the pots, pans, and gear for that as well. Our sun filled home comes complete with all the house towels as well as beach towels, shampoo, soaps, laundry detergent, dish detergent, paper towels and such. We even provide a high chair and portable baby crib for a comfortable and easy stay. You can enjoy a morning run to Delnor-Wiggins beach and state park or shop at the Traders Joes and Whole Foods that are less than a mile away. The "Marcato" outdoor shopping mall is a great place to window shop with an ice cream cone or take in a move at the Silver Screen.

1st time renting through VRBO. The house was beautiful. The pool was inviting. Plenty of room for my family for Thanksgiving dinner. Host welcomed us as soon as we arrived and provided more than enough to keep my family entertained for the 5 days we stayed.

Was a special weekend as we were celebrating our 50th anniversary. Two of our sons and wife and granddaughter live out of state and the other two in Naples with wife and our other three grandkids. We had all our meals there and enjoyed the pool and comfort of your home. Our little 2 year old loved the pool float you had there. Lots of things for the kids there. Sunday we went to Joes up the street. Have been there several times its small but very good. The only issue we had was the AC trying to cool down the house on Friday. It was 97 out so I understand. Our youngests son is HVAC tech works for Key to Cool and said it's because it is so darn hot out. Sadly my husband left his razor and eye drops from his recent cataract and a shoe horn that was his dads behind. We spoke and you told me cleaning crew throws things away. He laid them ontop of sheets and I was pulling them off bed and they got wrapped up in them. Now not to self be sure to check your husband has everything! The Alonso's

We spent a long weekend in family with all the comforts. The house is equipped with everything you need, it is spacious and everything is in optimal operation. It would be great if they added extra blankets in the rooms. For the rest, everything was nice during our stay. The location is perfect, close to the beach and a quiet neighborhood. We would certainly rent it again.

Girls Golf Trip

The house was very clean and exactly what we needed as we had a group of four girls and we had four bedrooms and three bathrooms. We did run into a couple of challenges during our stay - the ice machine did not work so there was no ice in the house, and the two larger bedrooms did not cool as well as the rest of the house and so it was a little challenging to sleep.Other than that, the kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots, and utensils, but just a note, there is only salt/pepper to use if cooking. Sometimes (not always), houses have spices/oils to use, so I wanted future guests to know. It is not expected at all, but I love to cook when we travel and so just wanted it noted.

Por qué eligió esta propiedad

So, why did we choose Naples and Rental properties in Naples Park? This is kinda a fun story.
It started back in 2015 with the brutal mid-west ice storm that had most of the country in fringed temperatures. Laurel wanted some "vitamin D" (sunshine) and the only place in the country above 75 was south Florida.
While I normally chose a Marriott hotel to stay, I found that renting a home from VRBO was the same daily cost, yet we had a private pool, a mile from the beach, bicycles, and kitchen for my wife and young daughter, plus a Weber grill.
When we arrived at the home, we enjoyed the stay so much that we asked the owner if we could purchase the property from him. That turned out to be our first of 3 rental properties and Poolside Paradise was formed.
