The charming designer apartment is located on the first floor and is totalmento renewed. There are 3 large bedrooms all with wardrobes and 3 designer bathrooms, 2 with large showers and one with a bath. The apartment is equipped with every comfort, air conditioning, heating, fully equipped kitchen and equipped with dishwasher. There are also iron, hair dryer, washing machine and dryer and everything you need to allow a family of 6 people to enjoy your holiday in the apartment comfortably ..
A few steps from the apartment are numerous excellent restaurants, as well as two supermarkets and small shops for everyday expenses. There are also two pharmacies, a bank and a post office.
The vaporetto stop Gardens is located just 100 meters from the apartment and you can reach among others in a few minutes the beaches of Venice Lido.
Piazza San Marco can be reached in 10 minutes with a beautiful walk along the banks of the lagoon. The oldest church in Venice, the Magnificent San Pietro di Castello can be achieved with a 5-minute walk along the canals.

Great property off the beaten path, but yet so close to everything and literally had at least a dozen restaurants plus 2 grocery markets and cafés all along the street. We literally walked downstairs from the property and had a cappuccino and croissant each morning at the café down below. So it offered a lot with the location, and it wasn’t in the central craziness of the rest of Venice. Elena met us at the water bus and escorted us to the property and gave us an overview. Highly recommend!

Amazing stay very communicative host

Elena was very nice and communicated with us wellin advance. She was very patient in answering our questions and offering insight about the area. Family friendly area, and very comfortable place, we would go back here again

Great location just a step away from the crowds

We really liked the location of this property. It was close enough to walk to St. Marks Square but far out enough to be away from crowds. There were also a nice selection of restaurants and grocery stores in the area. Apartment was clean and spacious.

Amazing place and location- we’ve stayed several times and it’s always perfect. Hosts are kind and responsive. The place is always clean and cared for. Love it!

Wonderful neighborhood, lovely walk to S Marco

We loved the many restaurants and cafes nearby. It was nice to have Netflix when we came home from a long day of sight-seeing! . Elena was a very charming and cordial manager. Appliances, beds, baths, and kitchen equipment were all top-notch. I would love to stay here again for a longer visit.,

Castello Gem!

Apartment is extremely comfortable and perfectly located. Right on Via Garibaldi, directly across from the Giardini. Elena provided great direction from the airport and was there to meet us upon arrival. When in Venice Castello and this apartment is the place to stay!

Amazing Home!!

The Host was amazing as she met us at the dock and walked us to her wonderful home! The home was immaculate and clean. It was accommodating with three large bathrooms and three bedrooms. The location was spectacular with surrounding restaurants and markets. Only two minute walk from water taxi and 15 minutes to the Basilica! We will definitely stay again!

Perfect vacation

Our stay in this apartment was very comfortable. It has 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths all in one floor! The host, Elena, was the best! She’s very helpful and friendly. She even helped us booked our water taxi home. Walking distance everywhere !

The apartment was clean, comfortable, spacious, and quiet. Our amazing host, Elena, was very welcoming. She met us at our boat from the airport, escorted us to the apartment, and took time to graciously and patiently answer our many many questions about getting settled in Venice. She really made us feel at home. The location felt perfect: it's a convenient walk along the waterfront to the bustle of Piazza San Marco but far enough away from the tourist center that it felt like a respite from the crowds. This is primarily a residential neighborhood. Within a very short walk there are many good cafes, restaurants, pharmacies, grocery stores, and an open-air market. A lovely park is right across the street. Via Garibaldi is a busy pedestrian thoroughfare, but inside the apartment street noise was not a problem. By 11 PM the street is very quiet. Staying in this neighborhood gave me a better feel for what it's like to be a Venetian and not merely a tourist in Venice. I would not hesitate to stay again in this excellent apartment in this charming neighborhood on a return trip to this delightful city.

The best 3 bedroom in Cenice

Elena’s care and attention was the icing on the very fantastic cake of a well designed 3 bedroom apartment right near the Arsenale and Guiardini. The local shopping for at home cooking is superb as are the local restaurants. The kitchen is well stocked and we cooked a meal for 9 people several nights without any problems. It’s clean, comfortable (ok a better couch would be appreciated) and well stocked with linens, towels and basic things like toilet paper, napkins etc.

Great Place for a Family Stay

We loved staying in this apartment. All modern fittings in a beautiful old apartment with a view to the Garibaldi Statue. On a street popular with both locals and tourists, with lots of good restaurants and bars. Elena was enormously helpful in getting us settled. We used transit passes so we could easily walk to St Marks or take a Vaporetto there or elsewhere. We enjoyed Elena's instructions for putting out the trash-- take it to the trash barge in the morning.

Wonderful Apartment close to heart of Venice

Lovely apartment and super host, very close to the heart of Venice whilst being away from the hustle and bustle. Apartment was well equipped but would benefit from having an extra sofa space/chair in the lounge for the 6h person. Some noise in the front bedroom early mornings 7am as the bar below sets up for the day, but other rooms very quiet and all true to pictures.

Excellent stay

We really loved this apartment in Venice. The apartment was extremely clean, well maintained and the décor was lovely. Very spacious and the beds were great. Fantastic for a family of 4 with the 3 bedrooms and bathrooms. Air conditioning worked great. The location was fabulous. Lots of dining options right outside the door, grocery shops, very quiet at night and we barely heard the others who lived in the building. The water bus stop closest to the apartment was great and it was just 2 stops to the Venice Lido which was fantastic with the super hot weather to enjoy a day at the beach. Also easy to get to the islands from Murano and Burano from the closest water bus stop. A nice walk over to St.Mark's. We would definitely stay here again.

This apartment is perfect!

Our group of 6 (three senior couples) loved this apartment. It was at the end of a month long trip and was our favorite VRBO accommodation. Each bedroom was nice sized with either an en suite bath (2) and one just across a small hall. One bedroom is on the front side of the unit overlooking the square and two are towards the back side, away from the street (of course with no cars, what difference does it make!). The kitchen/living area was generous and we could all socialize comfortably. The kitchen was adequately appointed - we even cooked dinner one night. Stores, restaurants and the vaparetto were all close - there is even a small canal right out the door. We walked or took the vaparetto everywhere. The apartment is as pictured and very well maintained. The wi-fi worked great and the owners were lovely to work with. They made everything easy for us. We particularly enjoyed the smell of fresh baked croissants wafting up from the lovely bakery below each morning - morning coffee there was delightful. As the pop-up green grocer set up each morning, the parents and grandparents were walking the children to school. This was truly a neighborhood setting like no other. Garabaldi Park is directly across the street with lovely strolling and some interesting restaurants to explore in the park too. The custom we found most interesting was setting your garbage out each morning (by 8!). Venice has no capacity to store garbage and the entire island is emptied of its waste every day. The guys with these push carts whisk around picking it up from your doorstep. Venice is charming and this apartment definitely added to our enjoyment of this beautiful city.

Estupendo alojamiento, Propietario perfecto.

Estuvimos alojados en éste apartamento del 30 de agosto al 4 de septiembre 2014. El proceso de reserva de la propiedad fue rápido y fácil. El propietario es un señor impecable, amable, legal, que nos facilitó incluso la gestión del traslado desde el aeropuerto a petición nuestra. El apartamento está recién restaurado con mucho gusto y muy confortable, con todas las comodidades posibles, tal como aparece descrito en el anuncio y aún mejor. La entrada del inmueble también está restaurada, pintada con tonos claros y decorada con cuadros. Las habitaciones son grandes y los armarios de dos de ellas, enormes y con luz al abrir las puertas. Los baños tan nuevos, modernos, bonitos, con un tamaño cómodo y duchas y bañera amplias. La cocina muy práctica, bonita y bien aprovechada. Estaba todo muy limpio y ordenado. Ropa de cama y toallas en cantidad suficiente para todos los inquilinos, bonita y agradable al tacto. Sábanas blancas en la cama matrimonial y de colores en el resto. Vajilla también en cantidad más que suficiente y bonita con platos y vasos decorados. Electrodomésticos nuevos . Salón muy acogedor con sofás cómodos y muy buena iluminación. Había hasta paraguas, por si llovía. Pienso que los propietarios se ocupan directamente de la gestión y supervisión y tienen mucho interés en que los inquilinos se encuentren cómodos. Nosotros lo estuvimos. Para nosotros fue el alojamiento perfecto, con panadería, dos supermercados, pescadería, restaurantes y cafeterías debajo de casa. Ambiente muy agradable de día y tranquilidad nocturna para dormir. Al lado de los jardines públicos y de la parada de los vaporettos. Próximo de San Marco a pie. Nos hemos alojado frecuentemente en apartamentos vacacionales en diferentes países desde hace unos 7 años, y éste ha sido el mejor para nosotros. Está claro que lo recomiendo. Para nosotros cumple todos los requisitos para una estancia cómoda y agradable durante nuestras vacaciones.

Großzügig, recht komfortable Sofas, ausgezeichnete Betten, sehr schöne Bäder. Die Lage direkt an der Via Garibaldi ist nicht zu toppen, die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ausgezeichnet, viele kleine Lebensmittelläden. Restaurants, Bars mit Einheimischen.Die Küchenausstattung ist gut, die Töpfe allerdings könnten mal ausgetauscht werden.Die beiden Schlafzimmer nach hinten sind sehr ruhig, im vorderen hört man das Leben draußen, vor allem in der Früh.

Der perfekte Urlaub

Die Wohnung hält, was sie verspricht und es ist alles da, was man braucht. Elena als Kontakt war liebevoll und hilfreich. Wir haben uns gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Auch mit zwei Kindern keine Probleme. Die Gegend ist sehr geeignet für Familien. Der Brunnen vor dem Haus hat Schildkröten! Ab vom Rummel, aber man fühlt sich wie mitten drin. Danke sehr für die schöne Zeit!
