Giovanni’s apartment is quiet and peaceful , despite being in the centre of Venice. The apartment is very comfortable and clean, with 2 good size bedrooms and bathrooms. Communication with Giovanni and Orial was excellent.

The Apartment was exceptionally clean. Well stocked with everything we needed. The location was beautiful. Convenient to San Samuele vaporetto stop, only about 3 minutes away. Giovanni was a very kind host. Would recommend his place.

This place was really classy and comfortable. The layout is great- 2 en-suite bedrooms separated by the kitchen and living area. Interesting beautiful decor. Very quiet but centrally located. Easy walk to the Alilaguna stop that goes to the airport. Easy walk to St Mark’s square and other sites, bars and restaurants. Friendly informative staff who checked us is. The 4 of us who stayed here all loved it and would definitely come back!

This was a great location to stay for my family's first visit to Venice. It was a safe, quiet location and a short 15 minute walk to Saint Mark Square. The apartment was well furnished and clean for my family of four. I would highly recommend staying here.

This property was perfect for our family for 3 nights. The host is very helpful and responds quickly. The location was great! It was nice and quiet, yet we were still able to walk to all the popular places within 20 mins. I highly recommend this property if you want to be close to the Grand Canal, St. Marks basilica, Doges Palace, and lots of good food without the hustle and bustle of popular places

Property was clean and well furnished, manager and owner were v helpful. It’s only a very short walk to restaurants and shops and most major sights can be reached within 15 minutes. Would definitely recommend the property very highly and would stay here again.

It is a comfortably furnished apartment with everything you need for an extended stay; great beds and linens, washing machine, dishwasher, cooking utensils, etc.It is located in a wonderful part of Venice with much to see within walking distance. We look forward to returning and staying longer.

Beautiful apartment in a quiet location in a residential neighborhood. Off the beaten track, but accessible. Compact, functional kitchen. Be sure to take a private water taxi to and from the dock.

We were met on arrival by representative of the owner. He was courteous, punctual, escorted us to the apartment..He walk his through the apartment gave us all pertinent information, including the two keys share the house to operate the AC and the location. I have the washer and dryer how to operate the stove just totally thorough walk-through of the apartment which was immaculate. He was personable, professional incompetent. Giovanni the owner was easy to reach if we had any questions.. all in all a wonderful day in a wonderful city

A really nice flat in the heart of Venice. Very well located for quick access to many attractions. We felt very comfortable and would love to come back anytime. The seating area in the garden invites you to linger.
