Situated in the French Quarter on East Bay Street, everything is within your reach. The Historic Straw Market is located one street over.

Free Garage Parking, one block over. Saving you daily parking fees.

This Loft is the ideal location for getting acquainted with the city. The outdoor courtyard with fountain is the perfect place for afternoon drinks, or morning coffee. The famous High Cotton Restaurant is also located within the building.

There also wifi provided. Double Size foam topper sleeper sofa in the living room, only meant for child's use. Not intended for adult use, due to size.

The History, Architecture, Shopping, Night Life, and more are all waiting for your special visit to Charleston.

Room was gorgeous and location really good. We had an issue with hot water for shower. Restroom up stairs a little inconvenient. Overall would recommend this place if hot water issue is resolved

Only complaint is that the water in the bathroom never got hot! Everything else was wonderful. Great central location in Charleston and having a parking pass was so helpful.

Very clean unit and great location. Free parking is a HUGE perk! Owner is friendly and responsive. Our only feedback would be that the bathroom could use an update, aesthetically. But everything was clean and functional as is. We enjoyed our mini vacay and would stay here again!

Great location right in the heart of the downtown area. SNOB restaurant was rec by host and across the street. Great food.We had noise one night all night - seems like there are a lot of bachelorette parties in the city and they apparently go all night. Bring ear plugs…

Host promptly responded to questions prior to stay. The place was quaint, very clean and check-in with code was easy. As noted in description, bedroom and bath is on the upper level. Really appreciated a paid parking space as parking nearby was limited and expensive. It was a prime location and we could walk most everywhere we wanted to go. Would stay there again.

This is one of the best locations for a great price in Charleston! However, it might not be the best for more than 2 people but we made it work well.

We loved our stay. The decor is lovely. We had tons of space to really spread out. There were plenty of towels, and the kitchen was well equipped. There was a shared laundry room with machines that would both wash and dry your laundry. No switching machines to dry. The property has a beautiful courtyard. The location is excellent, with loads of restaurants and sights in easy walking distance.

Great stay

This property was so conveniently located. A very walkable area, but with many other activities, such as boat rides to many other attractions. Wonderful restaurants located within blocks. We were given all instructions and information prior to dates stayed.

Charleston Winter Escape

We had a wonderful time. The accommodations were lovely and comfortable and near everything. We would definitely stay here again.

We love that our location works so well for our guests. We just purchased a new mattress, Egyptian cotton sheets, feather pillows, and synthetic down fill pillows, and new towels. 3.14.24 We want to keep our guests comfortable.

Location is great! Having only one bathroom which is upstairs is a little unhandy. Parking is a pretty good little walk which is also a negative. However, the great location makes up for a lot of the negatives.
