Welcome to The Manhattan Suite, an exquisite retreat offering one of the most coveted addresses in downtown Charleston. Housed within a beautifully preserved 1850s landmark building, this sophisticated unit harmoniously blends authentic historic craftsmanship with high-end modern comforts. Whether you are visiting for a romantic weekend, corporate travel, or an extended getaway, this home delivers an elevated experience in the absolute center of the city.



The Space:

Access codes for the keypad will be sent to the email address on file 72 hours prior to your arrival.



Guest Access:

You will have private access to this entire condominium. The building features elevator access for your convenience.

Located at 235 Meeting Street in historic downtown Charleston, our suite places you at the center of the city charm. You are a one minute walk from the Charleston City Market and three minutes from the dining and shopping of King Street. Enjoy easy access to local museums, elegant architecture, and the waterfront harbor. Our prime location ensures the best of Charleston is right at your doorstep.



Getting Around:

Our prime location in the heart of downtown Charleston at 235 Meeting Street makes exploring the city effortless on foot, as most major attractions are within a short walk. For guests arriving by air, the Charleston International Airport is approximately a twenty minute drive from the property. While we do not offer on-site parking, there are several convenient paid parking garages and surface lots available just a short distance from the building. We recommend using ride sharing services or taxis for easy transit around the historic district if you prefer not to drive.

Perfect walkable location for all historic Charleston. Great shops and restaurants right outside the door, but not at all noisy. It's an old building so be patient waiting for the hot water, but that was part of the charm! Matt answered my texts within minutes. Would definitely stay here again.

Condo nice once got in. Check-in disaster. Given wrong suite. Door code opened wrong suite. Occupants already in unit. Drop off luggage should be explained before parking in garage. Garage not good. Would not stay again.

An email error mistakenly directed you to the wrong suite; its door had been left unlocked, and the code we sent did not open it. We understand how uncomfortable that was. Wonderful apartment, very clean, roomy. Close to EVERYTHING downtown. Only beef: Parking deck cost is misleading. It is 45 a day. The clock “resets at midnight” so you are charged 2 days unless you leave by 11:59 pm. Just be aware. Nothing is cheap there, but lovely time in a fantastic city!

Great location. Clean and well stocked with toiletries, tissue and Keurig. Recommend bringing ear plugs; but otherwise, walkable to many main attractions. Host is very responsive.
