Villa Castagnola is set up with all the amenities needed for your stay. The sleeping configurations are as follows;

Master Bedroom #1 - King Bed with Master Bath (including rain shower, bathtub, double sinks, toilet and bidet.

Master Bedroom #2 - King Bed with Master Bath (including shower, jetted bathtub, double sinks, toilet and bidet.

Bedroom #3 - Queen Bed with Bath (including sink, shower/bath).

Bedroom #4 - King Bed with Bath (including sink, shower/bath).

Bedroom #5 - Queen Bedroom with 2 Twin Club Chairs and Bath (including sink, shower/bath).

The home also has a half bath on the main floor and a full bath pool side.

Please note, this Villa has a specific allowance for electricity usage which covers normal use per day. If guests run all zones of AC 24/7, it has happened that guests may exceed the allowance and there is a surcharge for over usuage based on actual bills or meter readings upon entry and exit. Excess electricity usage may be deducted from the Security deposit that is on hold with VRBO. To avoid that please be mindful and turn off the AC units when you are not in the room.

-Spa Botanico by appointment only

Temporary Membership (House Guest Program) Fee & Charging Privileges
-$350.00 per guest, plus applicable taxes for up to 8 guests.
-$5,000 deposit for guest's incidentals charged around the resort.
