This townhouse in Soller a village surrounded by orange trees with beach and mountain consists of 214m2 habitable with two double bedrooms (one with dressing) sleeps up to 4 people, ideal for a couple or a family wanting a perfect holiday. The property has private garden, covered terrace surrounded by orange groves. The air-conditioned bedrooms have wonderful views of the Serra de Tramuntana. The kitchen is well equipped and modern (oven, microwave, dishwasher, etc) and has direct access to the covered outdoor terrace ideal for alfresco dining. It has a very spacious and sunny room with air conditioning with two comfortable sofas and tv with USB to see their own movies. The house has two bathrooms, one with Jacuzzi for four. the house gives hot water, central heating for the winter months and a large indoor laundry.
Very center of Soller a 5 minute walk to the town square and two minutes at the most commercial street of the village street the moon ..

Great place close to town

House is in a special place with a wonderful view of mountains. Lourdes very responsive. Very clean and spacious. Easy Walking distance to center of Soller and restaurants. Pool was a perfect place to cool off. Highly recommend.

Lovely house in a great location

The house is lovely with nice outside space and a pool. The house is in a great location, only 5 mins from the centre. Lourdes is so helpful and provided everything we needed in the house for our toddler.

Fantastic

Lourdes is a fabulous host. There was milk, oranges, butter, ham and cheese on arrival. Lourdes was there to meet us. The pool was the winner, and 6 min walk for fresh coffee and croissants, can't wait to go back.

Week with daughter

Thanks to Lourdes and her beautiful house my daughter and I had a wonderful week in Sóller. The house is in a great location walking distance to everything you may need. The house is clean and very comfortable. Lourdes is a wonderful host very easy to communicate with. Would highly recommend.

Delightful House

A lovely quiet corner of Soller, and yet an easy short walk into the square. The little terrace and garden make a peaceful and shady place to sit. Host was very helpful and friendly. Beds comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. The living room was rather cold and bare but probably comes into its own in hotter months.

Great stay

Great comms from Lourdes, who was there to meet us on arrival with a tour of the house and a lovely welcome package. The house is very clean and well stocked, and couldn't be in a better location - near to shops, bakeries, restaurants and square - but also very quiet and private. The pool was lovely to cool off in, and additional cost of the aircon was well worth it. Great to also have use of washing machine, dishwasher, BBQ and Netflix! Lots of indoor space, plus a great outdoor shaded area.

Dream home with mountain views in the centre of Sollér

A comfortably renovated stone house with a view of the mountains from the covered terrace and small front garden invites you to linger.A very friendly welcome from the owner Lourdes, even though we were very late. We were given oranges, paté and galletas as a welcome gift.Large bedroom with dressing room.Well-equipped kitchen and two beautiful bathrooms round off the ambience.It was too cold for the small pool at the beginning of May, but certainly a pleasure on hot summer days.There is even a parking space and the walk to the centre is only a few minutes.We felt completely at home.

A superb house in an ideal location

It was our first stay in Soller and the second in this part of town. Lourdes is a very generous and attentive hostess. She kindly ensured we had everything we needed for our first breakfast and even gifted us a bottle of Cava! The house is the best equipped holiday home I’ve ever stayed at. The property is very spacious, much bigger than it appears on the photos. The outside space is lovely and the parking space is perfect. Getting to the town centre takes minutes on foot. We had a wonderful time, thank you Lourdes!

Good for families

A large comfortable home easy and safe walking distance from the centre of Soller. Lovely views. We were happy here and would recommend. We rented another nice house for our first week and one thing that was better here was being close to the centre. Made everything that little bit easier. The children enjoyed both the pool and the jacuzzi and the house has so much space overall. On things we would have liked, I suppose an outdoor space to dry clothes (the top floor is used and works fine). The house also provided welcome items which was a lovely touch.

A wonderful holiday

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at the house in Soller. It was only a 5 minutes walk into Soller but it was still very quiet and peaceful at the house. We didn't have a car and walked everywhere and the house was in the perfect location to be able to do this. We stayed for 3 weeks and found interesting new walks every day. Lourdes was very welcoming on our arrival and the house was spotless and well equipped. Initially it was a little cold in the kitchen and bathrooms but we were staying there in March when the evenings could be quite cold. There was heating in the living room and bedrooms and so they were quite cosy. The house will be lovely and cool in the warmer season. I would definitely recommend the house if you are wanting to stay in Soller. It offered the peace of the surroundings with the facilities provided by a vibrant market town only a few minutes away.

March Get Away

The pictures do not do this property justice. It is so much nicer. The location is ideal! Just a few blocks from the square, shops, bakery, restaurants etc. It’s a quiet location too. The outdoor patio is spacious and welcoming, very large living room and eat in kitchen. All the cooking equipment you could image are available. Our host was magnificent! She was very attentive to our communications and questions. She is lovely. There was a robust welcome package of ham, cheese, rolls, butter, marmalade, juice, coffee, tea, wine, fresh oranges and champagne. There is a juicer which we used every day for fresh orange juice. So glad we found this wonderful property. Of all the cities we visited, Soller was by far the most lively and the cleanest.

Pasamos una semana estupenda. La casa preciosa, mejor que en las fotos y cerca de Soller y el Port. Ideal tanto si te gusta la playa o practicar senderismo, hay muchas rutas. Ah! Lourdes un encanto

Maison calme et tranquille à Soller

Agréable séjour dans cette maison calme et tranquille à 500 mètres du centre de Soller. Accueil très sympathique de la propriétaire, Lourdes. Petit point à améliorer : La qualité du linge de literie et de quelques ustensiles de cuisine. (couteaux, fourchettes, ...) Nous avons globalement été très satisfaits de cette location et la recommandons notamment pour sa situation idéale pour visiter les plus beaux sites de l'île. Cordiales salutations à Lourdes.

merci de recommander notre maison a été un plaisir d'assister, j'ai examiné toutes les recommandations sont les couteaux et les fourchettes avec manche en bois, typique des maisons rurales pondre majorque mais aussi des classiques. savanes que nous ne sommes pas de fantaisie, sont en coton blanc avec des questions d'hygiène et de lavage à l'eau chaude et l'eau de Javel, et dire aussi que chaque saison obtient tout une nouvelle literie. vous êtes une personne fantastique. un cordiales salutations à Gérard & France.

Tolles Haus, sehr freundliche Gastgeberin

Wir wurden von Lourdes, der Gastgeberin sehr freundlich empfangen in einem wunderschönen großen Haus mit zwei Schlafzimmern, zwei Bädern, einer großen Küche und einem großen Wohnzimmer sowie einem kleinen Garten mit Pool. Es gab Obst und verschiedene Getränke zum Empfang und sogar eine Kleinigkeit zu Essen, was nicht selbstverständlich ist. Das war eine sehr liebenswerte Geste. Wir haben uns in dem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt und auch die Umgebung war paradiesisch zum Wandern und Genießen.

Juste parfait

Lourdes est une super hôte. Elle nous a accueilles avec mes 2 filles de 15 et 11 ans plus une autre ado de 15 ans, dans la bonne humeur avec une visite détaillée de la maison. Un super accueil avec en prime des petites spécialités culinaires pour nous! La maison est parfaite pour 4 personnes. Très propre, fonctionnelle, lit double hyper confortable, climatisations silencieuses et grand placard pour ranger nos affaires. Grande cuisine anvec tout le nécessaire. L’extérieur est très joli, petite piscine hors sol pour se rafraîchir et bronzette sur les transats si envie ou détente sur le canapé extérieur. L’avancée de toit permet de prendre tous les repas à l’extérieur à l’ombre et la vue sur la montagne est incroyable. Merci pour tout!

Traumhafter Urlaub

Dem überwiegenden Teil der Vorredner, die uns schon zur Wahl dieses Hauses animiert hatten, können wir uns hier nur anschliessen! Ein wunderbares, picobello sauberes großes, perfekt ausgestattetes Feriendomizil im Orangendorf Sóller, in dem es an rein gar nichts fehlt. Ob es Regenschirm, Blumenvasen, Putzmittel, Kuscheldecken, Waschmaschine, egal was ist. Perfekte Entfernung zur Innenstadt und auch ruhigeren Wanderwegen, nette einheimische Nachbarn und für die Stadt ruhig gelegen. Dazu die absolut bemühte und herzliche Vermieterin Lourdes, die uns ausnahmsweise schon frühmorgens im Haus begrüßte und das mit Obstkorb und Sekt. Wir kommen gern wieder! Gracias! ❤️

Haus am Ortsrand

Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig am Ortsdrand von Soller. Man kamn es allerdings nur umständlich mit dem PKW erreichen. Die Aussicht auf die Berge von Terasse und einem Schlafzimmer sind toll. Das Haus wird durch den Garten über die Terasse betreten und hat keinen weiteren Zugang. Bad, Küche und Wohnzimmer im Erdgeschoss sind sehr groß und zweckdienlich eingerichtet. Die Gastgeberin hat unsere Anfragen und Wünsche während des Aufenthalts unmittelbar beantwortet bzw. erledigt. Die Bucht in 5km Entfernung ist sehr schön.

Schönes Urlaubsquartier in Sóller

Hervorragender Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen in die Tramuntana. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen, sehr gastfreundliche Vermieterin. Das wunderschöne Stadtzentrum ist in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Gut ausgestattetes, geräumiges Haus mit schöner und ruhiger Terrasse.
