Lovingly renovated 2+br Queen Anne is waiting to be your home away from home. Extra large yard beautifully landscaped, with huge wraparound deck, creates a true feeling of oasis. Upstairs Master Suite, one extra bedroom, office, laundry, and second bathroom. Downstairs a fully stocked kitchen, light-filled dining room with french doors onto wraparound deck, half bath and comfortable living room. Conveniently located just blocks from Whole Foods, around the corner from direct bus lines to SF, parks, and wonderful shops and restaurants. Offstreet parking for one car. Awesome neighbors!

Lovely house in a quiet neighborhood

We stayed with our two children (13, 10) during renovation of our own house. Hillary's place was spacious and welcoming with many small touches (swings in the backyard, stocked kitchen, updated bathroom) and communication was very easy. The location is great - quiet street but close to main shopping streets and commute paths. Would strongly recommend for long-term stays!

Five plus stars!

Hillary was a very gracious host and always very response. The house is charming, clean, and cozy. Our family of 4 (including 2 kids) stayed for 7 weeks while our home was undergoing repairs. The kids enjoyed the backyard (especially the swings). The kitchen is very well equipped, even for preparing Thanksgiving dinner)! The beds are very comfortable. The neighborhood is lovely including great bakery, Whole Foods, coffee shops, and restaurants within walking distance. We had reliable internet the entire stay. We cannot recommend this home enough. What a gem! Thank you, Hillary and Brian!

Fabulous!

We stayed here for 3 months while on a work sabbatical. I cannot say enough good things about it! Brilliant location near to some great local stores and cafes and just off the greenway to get in to downtown Berkeley or the BART stops. The house was clean and had plenty of provisions to make it comfortable. The rooms are bigger than they look in these pictures - even with 3 kids we had plenty of room. The owners were amazing - just the right amount of contact from them and quick to help out when we needed anything. We'd quite happily have stayed there much longer if we could have!

Wonderful retreat

We enjoyed our stay. The home was perfect for 3/4 adults. The home was comfortable & the property so special. We had a great time visiting our family.

Westbrae Gem

Our family of 3 rented this home for a month while visiting family nearby. The home decor was charming and the home was immaculate spacious, meeting our needs. The owner was extremely responsive to minor maintenance issues that arose over the month. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it.

Great Property Conveniently Located

We loved our 16 - night stay in Berkeley! This house was wonderful, with lots of space that was easy to live in. The property was properly described and had even more than the description. There are actually three rooms upstairs that could be bedrooms; one had a pull-out chain we used as a bed for our grandson one night. The deck is beautiful and there are lots of lovely plants around the outside too. The yard was nice and the parking was perfect. We hope to return.
