Tastefully appointed one-bedroom apartment in North Berkeley, two blocks from the North Berkeley BART Station. The apartment is located on the ground floor of a Berkeley home. It is a new addition so everything i.e. all appliances and furnishings are absolutely 'brand new'. It includes a bedroom with a queen sized bed, bathroom with bath and shower, washer-dryer, lovely kitchen with space for eating, a spacious living room. and many amenities. The apartment has a separate entrance and a sweet garden patio area.

Location! Walk to BART, Fourth Street Shopping area, UC Berkeley, Gourmet Ghetto, Downtown Berkeley with Art Deco Berkeley Library on Kittredege.

This apartment in Berkeley was perfect for our 3 night stay...responsive hosts...very east access...tons of room...super clean and private. My husband kept saying "this is set up so great for a much longer stay". The location provided us very easy access to the wedding we attended in UC's Botanical Gardens and the reception at the Hotel Shattuck (and just a couple of miles to the Marina/Fourth Street/Gourmet Ghetto). There's a great coffee shop right around the corner (and a Target/CVS/liquor store...and much more...and a BART stop). We happily recommend this spot to anyone.

Pleasant nook in a nice residential neighborhood. Easy walk to Target, Bageltopia and several coffee shops, and to BART. The apartment has a nice kitchen, a comfy living space, and a well appointed bathroom. Nancy has been a great host. I’d come back any time!

The Bay Area transit agencies make it so simple to get around using this well situated property as a starting point. Renting a car has become an unnecessary inconvenience.

My wife and I discovered this wonderful spot a few years ago and it’s now our preferred spot to stay when we’re in the area. Quiet, comfortable, and complete, it’s a great place for a couple!

Great, conveniently located property. We found the apartment clean and very well maintained. It had more room than we expected. We didn’t do any cooking but the kitchen was well equipped. Would definitely stay here again.

Great apartment near Berkeley

This was our second time at this apartment and it is perfect for 2-3 people. The kitchen is well stocked, the beds are comfortable, the location is perfect. Definitely will stay here every time I visit Berkeley.
