Great stay

Great stay. We’ve been here before and the updates were excellent. Owner is a pleasure to deal with and very responsive. We love Carillon and the location of this house. Will definitely stay here again.

The house is lovely. Wonderful location. Easy walk to waiting beach chairs and emerald water.

It was a wonderful experience. Will rent here again.

Great beach trip

We loved the renovations. The beach house is located close to the beach access. The owners take great care care in their house and making sure we have everything we need. We hope we can stay again next year.

Relaxing family trip

This is our second time staying at No shoes, No shirt, No problem. We love the house and guest house. They both have been beautifully renovated. Sean is quick to respond to any questions. We will definitely stay here again.

Memorial Day 2023

We had a fabulous week and loved all the new updates that the owners had just completed! The house is located within walking distance to walkway 1 and has everything you need for a perfect week! Look forward to coming back next year!

Had a wonderful time. We had a small issue with the house and it was taken care of as soon as it could be taken care of. Owner very responsive and prompt.

Relaxing family getaway

We were a group of 5 adults visiting Panama City Beach to celebrate a birthday and could not have been any happier with the accommodations. The house is a short walk to the spectacular beach, on a quiet and clean street. Also, there are multiple choices for groceries within a mile of the house. The home is very well equipped with all the cookware that we needed and we felt right at home from the moment we walked. The communications with Sean were easy and quick and did not have a single issue during our seven day visit.

Beautiful home, Great location, Quick Responses from owner

The home was a good fit for our family (6 adults, 5 kids). Communication with the home owner before and during the stay was great! Very quick access to beach and Bellevue Park pool (located within community). Though we packed our own beach supplies, there were plenty of boogie boards, beach chairs and other beach toys available in a small shed. Our main frustration- limited space to store our own items we packed once we arrived (especially in the Carriage house). Most closets and cabinets (in all rooms) were filled with the owners personal items.

Great Family Vacation

We very much enjoyed our stay in this house. The layout worked out really well for our group. Carillon Beach is a very quiet and relaxed area and we loved the beach and the pickleball courts. The house is super close to the beach so even on hot days it didn't feel like a long walk back to the house. We have some short people in our group and some of us had trouble reaching the dishes in the glass cabinet above the kitchen counter, but that just meant that the tall people in our group had to put the dishes away! Overall the house is well-stocked, but I would suggest a 12 count muffin tin and a couple of 9 x 13 baking dishes or pans as potential additions to the kitchen that would be helpful. I highly recommend this house and hope we can visit again sometime in the future!

We had adult children and grandchildren with us and everyone had a great time! The main house is spacious, clean, and very close to the beach. It comes equipped with beach toys and towels. The guest house is beautiful and convenient to the main house. Sean was responsive to any questions we had during our stay. Our family had so much fun staying in Carillon!

Amazing Roomy Spot for your family vacation

We went on our annual family vacation to Florida this July and we were so lucky to find Sean Davis and this space. He was super responsive and very accommodating to all of our needs. We took a family of 10 to this property and had plenty of room and really enjoyed the layout, the amenities, the proximity to the ocean... less than 100 yards to the walk-over and all other elements of the experience. I would highly recommend this space... The reality was even better than the pictures and initial advertising. We would definitely stay there again.

Great stay!

Location was fantastic and so convenient to access the pool and beach. We have stayed at a few homes in the Carillon Community over the years, and I think this was my family’s favorite so far. We had a wide range of ages between my family, my parents, and my sisters family. The house was very accommodating for all. My sister has a newly crawling baby, and really appreciated some of the “baby proofing” that was done. And my favorite part, it was super clean!

Great Family House!

We had a great time at this property! The house in the back was invaluable to our large family group. The location was very very handy to the beach and the pool. When we return to Carillon for our 6 th time I will rent the same home ! I reached out to Sean many times and he was prompt and friendly and helpful every time. He was incredibly accommodating to our needs. I can’t recommend this property enough !

Great stay

We had a great time in Carillon. We traveled with grandparents and very young children. It was great for every age. This property is an awesome location for families with young kids. It is so close to the beach. The upstairs bedroom had the perfect space for our infant to sleep since it was able to be closed off from the main bedroom. We hope to come back soon!

Great place to stay. The cottage is a bonus. Very nice for extra family or friends.
