Our new favorite home away from home! We had the most wonderful stay at Sonshine. From the moment we arrived, the home was spotless, welcoming, and beautifully maintained. There was plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy our time together. The owners have thoughtfully added so many special touches that made us feel right at home and truly appreciated as guests. Every detail contributed to a comfortable, memorable stay. We absolutely loved our time here and are already looking forward to returning. Sonshine has become our new favorite getaway!

Our hostess was amazing, she made her experience unforgettable and very personalized. Even taking into account that we had children and being available for questions on all ends! We will definitely be back and so appreciated our time at Sonshine 🤍

Holiday fun with family

Great house and location just across from the beach walkover. We enjoyed our time and loved the upper level front porch for hanging out with the family.

Family vacation

Sonshine is a great home. The location is wonderful and the home is very comfortable. The host was so responsive warm and welcoming.. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return.

Perfect house!

We so enjoyed our time here! The host was so responsive and helpful. The home was beautiful and had everything we needed! The host even left a thoughtful gift for the kids that were staying. We ended up extending our stay because we loved it so much!

Great location and beautiful home

Everything we needed. Location was directly across from beach walkover and a block from Carillon Market. Communication with host was fabulous. Will definitely be back!

We will be back to Sonshine

Sonshine is a beautiful house! It has great proximity to walkover #4 and the downtown area! The location was perfect!! It had everything we needed and more! We had more than enough space for grandparents, parents, and teenagers! We highly recommend Sonshine on the Beach☀️ Our host was better than great!

Spring Break Perfection!

This was a fabulous house! It is SO close to the beach (right by the walkover) and our kids could run back and forth if needed. Communication with the owner was amazing. We have already talked about booking it again !!

Absolutely Wonderful!

"Sonshine" was such a perfect rental for our family vacation. Wonderful home in a perfect location. Our whole family enjoyed the lovely home and the neighborhood. So close to the beach! Home was beautiful, comfortable, clean, and perfect for a week together. The host was so gracious and went above and beyond to make sure our trip was perfect. Thank you for your sweet hospitality and helping us create these family memories.

This was such a wonderful home for our family. I have never had such a great experience from a host. Katie was always available to answer any questions and went above any expectations I had! Perfection!

I’m so glad we found Sonshine. It was perfect for our family—directly across from walkover was ideal with small children. Katie & Cathy were a pleasure to communicate with. You can tell this is their home and not just a sterile/basic rental. They had everything we needed and then some! Our kids thought this was the best place ever! Thank you!!

Will be back!

Sonshine was all we could hope for. There was room for the entire family including 5 adults, 2 kids under5 and two infants under 1. The beach was literally across the street and we spent every morning walking before morning naps. We were also very close to shops and restaurants along “30A” yet had a lovely quiet home to return to. Thank you Katie!

We had a wonderful stay at this VRBO! The home was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The location was fantastic, with quick and easy access to both the beach and the pool.The host was exceptional—very responsive to every text message and happy to answer any questions we had throughout our stay. We were also pleasantly surprised by the thoughtful welcome gifts, which made us feel right at home and added such a personal touch.We truly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable and stress-free beach getaway. We would love to stay here again!
