Welcome to SummerSnow - Our private mountain get away on a really quiet dead end street. Nestled in the White Mountain National Forest, get away from it all and yet be on the 50-yard line so close to everything. Let the river lull you to sleep at night or bring a tube and jump right in from the back yard before enjoying s’mores around the fire. From the porch rockers, wave to the Conway Scenic Railroad at noon or take in a million stars at night. Built in 2018, SummerSnow is a new home that has 3BR, 2.5 BA, an open and fully appointed kitchen to gather, loft area for movie night and living room with fireplace to enjoy with family and friends. For the kids on a rainy day (or kid at heart) enjoy a large basement with Pac Man console table (with 30+ games), foosball, Xbox360 and a Wii console, games, puzzles and more. Not enough? Get your grill apron and head out to the large riverfront deck to stoke up the 6-burner Weber grill.

Main Level: “Mudroom” area with half bath, primary bedroom with on-suite full bath and queen bed, open concept kitchen /dining/living room with with large island, gas range, dining room table that seats 6, stone gas fireplace, and washer/dryer.

Upstairs: Open loft area with sofa and 55 inch smart TV. Queen bedroom, Full bedroom and full bath off the loft.

Basement: 55 inch smartTV, Xbox360 and Wii, kids play tent, foosball table, PacMan game console table, sofa, and area for puzzles and games.

Outside: Plug your electric car into the Level II charging station and head out back to enjoy the expansive deck overlooking the Saco River with a Weber gas grill and table and umbrella with seating for 8. Fire pit with seating for 6 and overhead tivoli lights. Cornhole is in the shed or under the deck in the summer.

Nearby Attractions: Swim the Saco at your backdoor with amazing swimming hole at Second Iron down the street, Attitash is minutes from the house for skiing. Rent a snow mobile at the top of the street or bring your own and see the river and mountains from a whole new perspective. Fourth Iron and Davis Path and plenty of great hiking is a quick ride on 302. There’s plenty to do in either direction on 302, the house is ideally located for those that love the nature of Crawford Notch but also want to have fun in North Conway or choose to stay home and just enjoy everything SummerSnow has to offer. Bring your skis, boards, snow mobiles, tubes, hiking boots, swim trunks or a book for reading on the rock down by the river.
