Welcome to Botanical Place, a gated community located on desirable Bayshore Drive, just minutes from Olde Naples. This recently remodeled (June 2024) fourth-floor condo offers over 1,400 square feet of beautifully updated living space, featuring three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a screened lanai overlooking the pool, clubhouse, and landscaped garden area.

Our renovation included new furnishings, décor, lighting, appliances, linens, and upgraded finishes throughout. Because we also use the condo ourselves, we’ve furnished it with comfort and convenience in mind. Enjoy large Smart TVs with high-speed internet, premium mattresses, quality linens, and a fully equipped kitchen and laundry area.
The primary suite features a king bed, the guest bedroom offers a queen bed, and the den includes two twin beds, making the home ideal for families or groups. The kitchen and bathrooms feature granite countertops and upscale finishes. The living room includes a 50-inch Smart TV, the primary bedroom has a 42-inch Smart TV, the guest room has a 40-inch Smart TV, and the den includes a 42-inch Smart TV.
The screened balcony is furnished with comfortable seating, including two oversized “cuddle” chairs and an ottoman for relaxing after a day at the beach or pool. The kitchen is fully stocked with service for eight, and the laundry room includes a newer washer and dryer along with supplies to make your stay as convenient as possible.

We take pride in offering a clean, uncluttered, and welcoming home. Guests will enjoy high-quality bedding and towels, custom closets, games, puzzles, DVDs, and thoughtful extras throughout the condo. As local owners, we are available if you need assistance or recommendations during your stay.

Additional amenities include beach chairs, pool towels, boogie boards, and other beach and pool accessories. The condo is also handicap accessible, with wide doorways and handrails in the bathrooms and shower area.

The oversized one-car garage provides secure parking and additional storage for beach gear and recreational equipment.

As required by the condo association, all renters must complete a rental application process, which includes a refundable $225 processing fee. We will provide gate access, parking passes, and amenity access.
