Park Shore Resort Naples features stylish accommodations and residential-style amenities, including a heated swimming pool, tennis, racquetball and pickleball courts, a fitness center, lakefront walking paths and on-property dining at Hogfish Harry's Restaurant & Bar.
The newly renovated 2 bedroom 2 bath unit is a corner penthouse boasting views of Palm Trees, PSR water features and views of the Gulf Shore Drive skyline including the sunset skyline. The condo boast an open floor plan living room, dining, kitchen combination opened to the spacious screened in balcony. This unique condo complex is within walking distance to Seagate beach and just 1 mile to Clam Pass Beach. Clam Pass Beach offers free golf cart rides over a mile of boardwalk through mangrove trees. Like my other properties I alway start with location, location, location. All of my properties are in the best locations. The next focus is a completely renovated or brand new space with high end appliances and decor that includes monochromatic color pallet. Communication with my guest is of the upmost importance and I am available any time. My guests are the most important with most of my guests are returning. I pride myself that a large percent of my guests are families who come back year after year to make wonderful memories with their families.
