SPLASH into the ultimate family vacation in Southern Utah! Located within minutes of Sand Hollow Reservoir, beauty and adventure await you around every corner. Splash is the vacation home you have always dreamed of, with a private pool, private spa, splash pad, and outdoor fireplace; you will never run out of things to do!

Splash is a beautiful 4 bedroom / 2.5 bath home that comfortably accommodates 10 guests. Wake up with a hot cup of coffee on the patio watching the sunrise over your private pool. Head out to Sand Hollow Reservoir for a day full of adventure; cliff jumping, paddle boarding, exploring the sand dunes, or renting a boat for the day are just a few examples of all the fun to be had! For a more relaxing day, grab a pool floatie and head out back to your private pool! The kids will love being able to splash around in the splash pad instead of fully submerged. With many lounge chairs, catching rays is enjoyable in or out of the water! The fully equipped kitchen, barbeque, indoor and outdoor seating make dinner parties for friends and family a breeze. Grab a cold drink and relax your tired muscles in your private hot tub as the sunset paints the sky an array of colors. Roast a few marshmallows around the fire out back under the starry night sky for a sweet treat! Wind down with a bowl of popcorn and cuddles on the couch, with a Smart TV and Dish, picking a movie everyone will love is simple. The host was very helpful while we were there. Even though we came across some issues, they were responsive and tried their best to keep us happy. We would stay here again.

Beautiful, clean and spacious house that accommodated two families easily. The pool and splash pad were great for the kids and it’s conveniently located close to Sand Hollow reservoir and Zion. Would highly recommend.

We fell in love with this home for our trip. Has amazing commodities and everything your could need away from home. The pool and hot tub were the main attraction for us. We did notice that the toilet still had some leftover urine

The home was great overall, but we were disappointed to find that the game room was not air-conditioned, as this wasn't mentioned in the listing. With temperatures in July, the room was too hot to use. We were traveling with five teenagers, and the game room was one of the main reasons we selected this property, so it was unfortunate that they couldn't enjoy it. Updating the listing to clarify this would be very helpful for future guests.

Loved the house. The amenities were great, the pool, the game room. Large amount of space for the family to spread out and enjoy the holiday weekend. Only hiccup was that my husband and I did not like the bed in the master bedroom. The foam topper made the bed uncomfortable and the sheets to slip off every time one of us rolled over. Everything else about the house and stay were perfect.

This was our third time to the area and this was our favorite house so far. Plenty of space inside and out for our four-person family. Hot tub is old and janky but works. Back patio and outdoor space were great. Boys were thrilled with the third stall game room.

It fit all our needs. Pool, hot tub and splash pad were nice to have right in the back yard. Loved the outdoor seating for entertaining. Great communication with host when we needed assistance. It is out a ways, but it worked well for us. We would stay again!

Great family stay. Family of five had plenty of room and the beds were comfy. The game room became the highlight for the boys. Pool during the day and hot tub at night was perfect. The set up made it enjoyable to relax inside and out.

Nice home.

Very nice home. Loved the pool and hot tub. Great location if you want to go to Sand Hollow. We loved the landscaping in the pool area. Felt very cozy and tropical. The house is well loved and needs a few minor updates or fixes. But overall an excellent experience.

What a wonderful Labor Day weekend the house was great. The accommodations were great in the pool hot tub and splash pad were well. Enjoyed by all. Highly recommend this home for families.

Nice home. We were there for a golf trip and didn’t use much. Just the jacuzzi and it worked great. We used the stove and the main 3 ring burner did not work as it should and needs attention. Water pressure not the greatest but I get it’s southern Utah and that might not be a thing. Still a nice home and the price was great. I would stay there again.

Perfect Pool Home!

This house was perfect for our girls getaway! We enjoyed our stay and the house had everything we needed. During the end of June heat the pool was the perfect, the AC worked great and beds were comfy. We'd stay again for sure!

Great place, nice pool!

We very much enjoyed staying here. And we would do it again. The home was spacious, clean, and we loved the heated pool and hot tub.

Nice play to stay

Home was nice, clean and well appointed. However, there are areas that are lacking. The ping pong table did not have any balls that were not broken or dented and the paddles were trashed. The TV's in the game room didn't have remotes with volume controls and there was no way to adjust them. The large burner on the stove does not work properly (couldn't even cook an egg on it) and the beds and pillows were not comfortable at all to us. The pool and hot tub were great - very relaxing after golf and hiking, the neighborhood was quiet and safe and central to all we did. If these small items got fixed, I'd give it 5 stars.
