It is fully stocked with small appliances such as a blender, countertop oven, and Keurig. All of the cooking utensils and accessories you could ever need to make the perfect meal, as well as complete dining service for eight are provided. As you step down into the living area, you’ll find all of the furniture is brand new, including the sleeper sofa, dinette set, and a versatile coffee table that features a lift-top. The bedroom also has a remote-control ceiling fan for maximum comfort.

The bathroom has a modern vanity with a glass counter and two sinks. The tub/shower combo is new with upgraded subway tile with glass tile accents, along with an adjustable, handheld shower head. The unit features a great deal of hanging hooks to accommodate wet swimsuits and towels. The balcony also features four additional chairs and a table, so that you can enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon cocktails.

Please note that our condo is managed privately. This allows us to provide you with an updated condo and a higher level of service and cleanliness. Our guests have full access to all of the outdoor pools, lazy river, hot tubs, shuffleboard courts, as well as the poolside Tiki Bar.

Guests are prohibited from parking motorcycles and trailers on the property, and they will be towed.
