Our one-bedroom oceanfront 10th floor condo has been meticulously renovated and we are proud to offer it to our guests. Our condo is comfortable, clean and modern. The kitchen has new cabinetry, granite counters, glass backsplash, stainless steel appliances, tile floors and a 39' LED TV. The kitchen is open to the living room which features a table with four chairs, a sofa (queen pull-out) and access to the oceanfront balcony with 4 adirondack chairs. The bedroom has 2 queen beds, a closet, dresser, new 42' TV and new carpet. The beds have fresh new bedding, new mattresses, new pillows, new lighting and modern art. The bathroom has a double granite vanity, shower with tub, new toilet and new tile floors.
There's so much to do at the resort. In addition to the free Wi-Fi, our guests can enjoy the four heated outdoor pools, 3 outside hot tubs, lazy river with tubes, tropical pool area and tiki bar and grill (get the grilled chicken sandwich with coleslaw!), indoor pool, saunas, indoor hot tub, racquetball court, oceanfront breakfast buffet (reopening soon) and more.
Our condo has a Graco pack n play for our guests traveling with small children. We also stocked the kitchen with items we think you might need including tea and spices. We also have board games, books and sand toys. We provide laundry supplies and paper towels, tissues and toilet paper for our guests, along with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. We have beach chairs, boogie boards and an umbrella in the condo.

The indoor pool and indoor hot tub are closed for repairs until March 2024.

My husband and I live in Florida with our three kids. We own 5 condos at this same resort in North Myrtle Beach and a cottage at North Beach Resort. My husband is an attorney and he grew up at the beach in Delaware and loves the feel of sand between his toes. I grew up in a small town in New Hampshire and rarely got to the beach except for our annual February family vacation to Myrtle Beach. I have such a soft spot for Myrtle Beach and really enjoy sharing my condos with my guests who want a clean, modern vacation spot! We also own #612485, #559776, #452170, #1986577 and #682268.

Por qué eligió esta propiedad
There are three main things that make the resort special. First, the pool area is so tropical with a palm tree grove, a tiki bar and grill, 4 pools, 3 hot tubs, a lazy river and lots of places to read, relax, enjoy a drink, unwind, etc... Second, the layout of each condo feels great. It's not a long narrow condo with one room after the next. The open layout allows lots of natural light and allows guests to see the ocean from the bedroom, and the living room and kitchen. The only place you can't view the ocean is from the bathroom. The floor plan feels very comfortable. Lastly, the beach is very wide, even during high tide, and the waves are gentle enough for small children. The water gets very warm, especially in the summer and fall (it often feels like bath water), and the tide pools are a favorite for children. When I'm on the balcony looking out, I might see a few kites, people throwing a football, playing badminton, swimming, splashing, building sandcastles, reading, jogging, shelling, biking, riding a banana boat, enjoying the pools and hot tubs, getting a drink from the tiki bar, eating a cheeseburger from the grill and much more. This is a vibrant and fun place to be. There's even live music during the summer!

Some of my happiest childhood memories are in Myrtle Beach playing on the elevators with my sister, running around on the beach (the waves are SO gentle here), playing mini golf at Jungle Lagoon and eating at K & W Cafeteria (which isn't quite as good as I remember actually). I have new memories of Myrtle Beach as an adult and have watched my children shriek with enthusiasm on the beach and have watched my husband grow to love the North Myrtle Beach area (he formerly believed only Delaware beaches were awesome). My favorite place in the world is the balcony at the condo. It's the best place to drink a cup of coffee while watching the most stunning sunrises that I've ever seen. The condo also has new mattresses and new furniture so you know it's clean and fresh.
