Easy access with a key located in the lockbox by the front door.
You will have total privacy. Consider our place your home away from home.
Livingroom has a deep tissue i-joy massage chair, a TV w/Roku, and Playstation 3 Game console with assorted games & a cd/boombox.
Sleeps 5 guests total.
Bedroom one has two beds, a double and a twin plus TV.
Bedroom two has a King Adjustable smart bed with sleep enhancement, massage, and anti-snore settings. Bed lifts both head and legs with remote. Plus aTV with Roku streaming.
Located in the heart of Lawrence, just minutes from the KU stadium and downtown. We will provide rides to and from KU events if needed.
Trained housebroken pets are allowed. (Must be up to date on shots and flea treatment). The backyard is only partially fenced and shared.
We provide essentials like shampoo and conditioner. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, blender, toaster, airfryer, coffee pot and coffee, creamer, sugar, and other amenities . Built-in dishwasher and microwave.
Private driveway for off-street parking.
There is a Dunkin Donuts, Dollar General, restaurant, and gas station shopping center all within walking distance.

Nice property, perfect for 2-4 people. Easy access to downtown and west Lawrence along 6th Street. Great communication with the property owner. Easy check in/check out. Wonderful place for our trip to see family and friends

The place was clean and well stocked with essentials. Parking fit 2 cars. Decor is a bit eclectic but didn’t bother me. The one disappointment is the massage chair. It is small and low to the ground. Did not use it. Bed was comfortable.

The unit was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay. There is ample parking, which is very nice. There is a Wendy’s right across the street in case you get the munchies. It is in the historic District and close to the capital and very close to the Interstate. The host were very responsive and made us feel very welcomed.

Place was fine. Only issue was there was a lot of hair from the previous guests on the bedding. Had wash it again and use the additional sheets. Otherwise, the place was ok.

I am so sorry, the previous guest had a very high shedding shepherd and it was a nightmare trying to get all the hair out of the house.
Its definitely a side affect of being pet friendly.

Property was very spacious and clean and I felt very safe in its' location. Host was very friendly and helpful to us when our scheduled VRBO host cancelled us with no notice stranding us 1150 miles from home with pets. We were very appreciative for all her help. We will definitely stay with her again!!
