Great stay

This was a great stay! The house is nice and conveniently located. The fenced backyard was a huge plus for traveling with a dog.

Weekend in Lawrence

Great stay. Conveniently located, and great for pets. Property has a well stocked kitchen for preparing meals. Completely fenced backyard was great for dogs and had a nice patio and fire pit area.

Very clean, very well stocked. It was perfect for our needs. Pictures are accurate. I liked having the private yard, garage, and the bedding was really comfy!

Great Location

Clean. Well stocked with what you need for a couple of nights. Comfortable beds. Cute backyard. A few minutes drive to downtown, football stadium, 6th Street.

Welcoming Stay

The home was well stocked with snacks, coffee, personal care items, and linens - most VRBOs rarely provide snacks and extra shampoo and toothpaste! We appreciated having access to a garage to store our daughter’s belongings safely before moving her into the dorm. The main road was somewhat busy but we heard little traffic noise inside the home. Surrounding neighborhoods were quiet and nice to walk through in the evenings. The backyard was comfortable and not super private but no other neighbors were outside. It was a great price and the host was flexible and welcoming.

Nice Family Place!

Disappointing

The house was not very clean, yard not picked up, all of this we could have handled but when the sewer started backing up into the laundry room right beside the kitchen it was just too much. Literally crap from one or both sides of the duplex all over the floor and coming up outside. Multiple visits from property owner and then plumber. She did get it cleaned up and fixed and was apologetic but it was just beyond gross and shouldn’t have went on for two days of our stay.

Very attentive Property Owners

We had a sporting tournament in the area and needed to bring our dogs. It was a perfect place for a non-vacation stay. Well stocked items that were needed and extra items for us to enjoy.

Great location

Great location very convenient to going back and forth to KU. Kitchen well equipped and high speed internet was pefect for working remotely. Townhome was just as advertised in the listing. Nice to have a small private backyard area to hang out in. Property manager very proactive with the communication.

Just what we needed.

This was the right space for us to cook, sleep, & spend time outdoors on the patio. Our evening meal that we cooked on the grill was most enjoyable!

Another Great Property

This is the second property I've stayed at offered by these owners and it's great! Very clean with loads of extras. If you forgot to pack something, most likely it's stocked here! The kitchen is well equipped to make meal times a breeze. The covered patio in the backyard is a wonderful place for an evening cocktail. Definitely would stay here again. Thanks for your outstanding hospitality!

Lawrence stay

The house was clean and comfortable. The ability to park in the garage was a big perk. Never heard a peep from neighbors, and it was a very short drive to Mass street. My wife really liked it and said she would definitely stay there again.

We are a proud military family. Our oldest son proudly serves our country as a Commander in the U.S. Army. Our daughter is a highschool teacher and our youngest son is a Federal Officer.
Guy is KU Alumni who currently works in the legal profession helping people facing foreclosure fight to stay in their homes. Carrie is licensed Cosmetologist.
We love Lawrence and are passionate about our short term rental business!
