Por qué eligió esta propiedad

Schell Topia! The AMAZING lake views. This property is on a point with a pie shaped lot with the widest portion of the lot running all across the back of the house on the lake. VERY private...you hardly notice your neighbors. The size of this house also drew us in as many of our guests travel with multiple family members or friends. This house will offer plenty of space, rooms to spread out, ample eating areas and a HUGE open concept kitchen, living and dining area. It was so large it felt like we were rehabbing two normal sized Florida homes. It took us 6 months of work and details to get it up to our standards...but we think you and your family/guests are going to love it. WE DO! Please read our reviews!

Boat dock ideal for great fishing with the lake stocked with large mouth bass and Tilapia since the 1960s. Perfect location to the many white sand beaches - Ft. Myers beach 30 minutes, Sanibel beaches 45 minutes, Captiva beaches 1 hour. Mini Golf, Bowling, Laser Tag and Sun Splash Water park is one mile away.
