Everything about this house was perfect! We had the best time! In a great location to get to all the surrounding beaches, plenty of space for 2 families! The pool was the perfect depth for the kids. The tiki bar that was within walking decent had great food & drinks.

What a terrific house. Conveniently located close to lots that Cape Coral has to offer. The house has so many great details. Tons of space for family and friends. Impeccably clean and well-appointed. Lots of towels for pool (heated!) and bath. Fridge space galore, an ice maker, full laundry, keurig (cup and pot), pool toys. We did not rent the boat or use the kayaks, but everything is there for you.The check-in and check-out process was super easy and the owners were very responsive. Will use this house again. Highly recommend.
