This elegant 3B/2B townhouse is just minutes from The Village Meridian and 1.5 Miles from freeway. There's a grocery store (Albertson's) and restaurants are within walking distance.

Your home comes with a flat panel TV with Apple TV! You have free access to Hulu for local channels, Netflix, Prime Video, ESPN+ and Disney+!

The kitchen is fully equipped (save $$ by eating in), the 2-car garage and huge fenced back yard for pets, kids and BBQ is for your use exclusively!

The common spaces all have laminate flooring, the counters are granite and the appliances are all upgraded. The bedrooms are set up for maximum rest. Sleep like a rock in the comfy king bed in the master, or the queen and double in the other two bedrooms.

This home is located in a super chill neighborhood with fences separating the neighbors on 3 sides! So if you are looking for privacy, this is the place for you.

Home away from home

Location was just were I needed it. Any questions I had, I got answers almost immediately. Very clean. Would highly recommend it

The home and location were excellent. Nice quiet neighborhood. Landlord attentive.

Although the home was nice, it was a bit outdated. Only television was in living room and the sofa's were very uncomfortable. They desperately need to be upgraded to reclining sofa and chairs to enjoy watching TV. I 'm not sure if cleaning agent used on sofa's made me itch but had to sit on stool from kitchen to be able to enjoy down time with family watching TV. Besides that everything else was good. Thank you again for your hospitality.

Excellent home!

This was a beautiful home that was quiet and spacious. The neighborhood was very safe, and we appreciated the fenced backyard for our children as well as the thoughtful items available for us to use in the home. The mattress in the master bedroom was very comfortable, and the attached garage was great. We would absolutely stay here again!

Townhome

The house is old but still OK. The listing is inaccurate. There is no pullout couch. It is a futon. The twin beds have horrible mattresses and are small, almost intended for children. I could not even sleep on one of them. The house smells old and possibly of old smoke from cigarettes. I would stay again if needed. The house served it's purpose but really needs to be updated and listed properly. It is deceiving.

Wonderful Home!

We came as a family (2 adults and three teenage children) to enjoy Boise and the amenities. This property is in a great location, close to the interstate, as well as grocery stores and food. It is located in a very peaceful neighborhood. It was hot and the central air worked perfectly. The home is super comfortable and well appointed. Management was very kind with timely communication and a super easy checkout process. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Comfortable Stay

We, unfortunately, traveled to Meridian to attend a funeral and support grieving friends. This VRBO property was comfortable and provided a convenient stay.

Location is good

The location is good. Pretty centralized area of Boise to get anywhere in a short time. Grocery stores, shopping and eateries are close. Very quiet neighborhood. The townhouse was moderately clean. Towels and linens need to be updated. Mattresses are in very poor shape and one of them has a huge blood stain on it. No dishwasher soap or soap to hand wash dishes. No check out instructions. They make you sign an extra rental agreement and put a hold on your card and will release the money back to you once the cleaning staff makes sure there is no damage. In all the homes I’ve rented, I’ve never had to do this.

They require an additional fee after paying through Vrbo

Lovely home, clean, and in a good area. After booking and paying the for the reservation through Vrbo, I received a messaged that looked like spam. Weeks later, when arriving at the home, I had not received the code to enter the house. I tried contacting the owner, it was after business hours and there was a delay in their response time. I was sent to same spam like message. I was told I need to electronically sign an additional renters agreement and send a $250 deposit. Since they already had my money from Vrbo, I felt coerced into signing the paper and sending the $250 additional fee. I have never had to do this for any other Vrbo rental. The $250 deposit was returned after our stay.

Would not stay again.

I stay in VRBO houses in Boise often and this was the first bad experience. The sheets where not clean and there was hair in them. I needed to wash the sheets prior to sleeping in the beds. There was no welcome message letting me know how to get into the property and there was a over mounding garbage can in the front right as you pull in. The garage smelled of cigar smoke and there was smoked cigars through the garage floor. Locations was good. House layout was good. I wanted to check in an hour early and the owner required me to pay an extra 25.00 dollars for this. To not have the house clean and ready upon my arrival was upsetting. I would not stay at this house again. I think the owner is trying to self manage from a long distance and is most likely being taken advantage by his cleaning staff. When I told the owner about the condition of the house he did not even offer to credit the 25.00 which was disappointing. I did send photos of the situation to the owner so he is aware and can hopeful correct this situation.

Family celebration

Great location for the activities. They even cleared the driveway after a decent snow storm. It was nice to have garage access with the snow storms. Home was very clean and kitchen had basic necessities.

Lovely and quiet home

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The house is arranged well, and it seems larger than the square footage. Beds were comfortable, and everything was clean. The yard was spacious, fenced, and quiet. We will definitely stay here again!

I had this townhouse built to my exacting specifications. I wanted this home to have an open floorplan, upgraded everything and a huge back yard for pets and relaxation. I picked Meridian because it's the town where I grew up and is now the fastest growing city in Idaho. I picked this neighborhood because it's very quiet and comfortable and also very close to Alebertsons and lots of other shops and restaurants.
