Sehr schöne und sehr gut Eingerichtete Wohnung. Alles war sehr sauber und in einem sehr guten Zustand. Kurzer Weg zum Strand. Altstadt lässt sich zu Fuß oder mit dem Bus gut erreichen.

Comment passer un séjour inoubliable en Bretagne.

L'appartement de M. Crestey est très bien situé à Saint-Malo, dans une résidence au calme et à quelques pas de la mer. Le logement était très agréable, propre, spacieux, lumineux et bien équipé. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour se sentir comme à la maison. Cela nous a permis de pouvoir redécouvrir la région en toute sérénité.

A Wonderful Stay!

Nous avons passé une merveilleuse semaine à Saint-Malo dans l'appartement de M. Crestey. L'appartement est à 3 minutes de la mer et une boulangerie et un petit supermarché sont également accessibles à pied. M. Crestey nous a accueilli d'une façon extrêmement sympathique et nous avons trouvé l'appartement - meublé avec beaucoup de goût - très bien entretenu. Depuis le balcon, vous avez même une petite vue sur la mer! Saint-Malo Intra Muros est accessible en 40 minutes à pied; le Mont Saint-Michel est accessible en une demi-heure en voiture ainsi que des villes pittoresques comme Dinard, Combourg ou Dinan. Un merveilleux endroit pour passer ses vacances!

Perfekte Lage und netter Vermieter

Gut geschnittene Wohnung in toller Lage. Der Strand ist fußläufig erreichbar und auch St. Malo kann man über den Strand oder die Promenade in guter Entfernung erreichen. Riesigert E.Leclerc in 5 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. Die Betten sind etwas hart, hier fehlt der Topper. Die Stühle sollten ersetzt werden, sie wackeln und das Kunstleder blättert ab. Ansonsten war alles perfekt. Das Treppenhaus schreckt ein wenig ab, aber dafür kann ja der Vermieter nichts.

Perfekte Lage und Ausstattung

Die FeWo ist optimal gelegen, kurz zum Strand, Bars, Restaurants ( das Vermer unbedingt besuchen!) oder Wanderwegen. Vielseitige Ausstattung. Netter kleiner Balkon. Zwar kein zweites Fahrrad, aber wir wurden überrascht vom Meerblick! Sehr herzlicher Empfang durch Patrick und seine Frau. Merci

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour. L’appartement est très bien équipé, confortable et lumineux. Il est dans un quartier à la fois proche de la plage et des commerces, mais l’appartement est calme.

Emplacement idéal pour séjour agréable

Appartement parfait pour accéder aux lieux touristiques, plage à 2 minutes à pied, arrêt de bus très proche pour aller à St Malo intra-muros ou à Cancale, commerce accessibles à pied. La place de parking réservée est un avantage non-négligeable quand on connait les difficultés de stationnement à St Malo.

Tolle Ferienwohnung

Der Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung war sehr schön. Es sind knapp 100m zum Strand, die Ausstattung der Ferienwohnung war perfekt, die Wohnung war in eine top sauberen Zustand. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter sehr gut. Insgesamt ist die Wohnung sehr empfehlenswert. Ein perfekter Urlaub.

Super Location, ruhig und nicht weit vom Strand. Geräumig und sauber. Vermieter freundlich und unkompliziert. Französische Kenntnisse empfehlenswert. Tipp - Strandsand immer feucht, Strandstühle oder Decke mit Nässeschutz empfehlenswert. Ebbe und Flut beachten, da bei Flut kein Strand vorhanden ist. Trotzdem Ebbe und Flut spektakulär.

We spent wonderful days there...

The apartment is located at the end of Saint Malo's main seafront promenade. It is about a 3km walk along the promenade to the fortress. The apartment is conveniently located, so that both the promenade and other restaurants / supermarkets are within easy walking distance. The apartment is very modern and in mint condition, and has everything you need for a holiday stay. This is especially true for the really well equipped kitchen. There is also a washing machine and dryer. There is also no need to search for a parking space, as the apartment has its own parking space. The apartment and the two bedrooms are very quiet, the beds are very good. Freshly made beds awaited us upon arrival. The communication with the landlord was also very good upon arrival. We would like to come again !

Schöne Wohnung in sehr ruhiger Lage im wunderschönen Saint Malo

Schöne,helle großzügige Wohnung in ruhiger Lage. Betten waren sehr bequem und es gibt viele Schränke um Ordnung zu halten. Moderne Küche mit allem was man braucht. Vermieter war sehr nett , alles lief reibungslos. Strand in 5 min zu Fuß erreichbar, Bäcker zu Fuß 10 min(es gab sehr leckere Sachen 😀) Mittwochs und Freitags Markt 10-15min zu Fuss(sehr große Auswahl an Fisch und Fleisch. Saint Malo und Altstadt ist wundervoll. Uns hat es super gefallen

Appartement exceptionnel

Magnifique appartement très agréable avec ses deux grandes baies vitrées et un aperçu mer. Fonctionnel et bien agencé, je recommande vivement cet appartement. Vous pouvez réserver les yeux fermés, les photos sont conformes à la location et le logement est d'une propreté irréprochable. Nous y retournerons avec plaisir.

Séjour impeccable

Bien agencé, lumineux, ensoleillé, calme, beau et grand balcon ensoleillé avec vue agréable sans vis-à-vis (avec une petite vue mer sur le côté). Très proche de la plage. Quelques commerces bien utiles à proximité. Bonne disponibilité du propriétaire et de sa famille. A conseiller.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Schöne, gut gepflegte und sehr saubere Wohnung mit großem Südbalkon am Ende der Strandpromenade von St. Malo. Sehr gut ausgestattete Küche, gemütliche Schlafzimmer, helles Bad mit vielen Handtüchern - es fehlt an Nichts für den Urlaub, und wir (Familie mit zwei größeren Kindern) haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Bäcker, kleiner Supermarkt u.a.) sind in Fußentfernung vorhanden, zum Strand sind es ebenfalls nur ein paar Schritte. Bei Flut ist der Strand direkt an der Promenade überschwemmt, ein paar Meter stadtauswärts gibt es aber einen immer zugänglichen Sandstrand (Plage du Minihec). Schöne Spaziergänge nach St. Malo (über die Promenade oder über den Strand) oder in die andere Richtung zur Pointe de la Varde. Patrick hat uns freundlich in Empfang genommen, und der Kontakt mit ihm war unkompliziert.

Excellent séjour a Saint-Malo dans un appartement très bien situé

Appartement très agréable, il est ensoleillé, lumineux, décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Il ne manque rien, tout a été étudié, analysé pour que les locataires soient satisfaits de leur séjour. Très belle literie, linge de maison raffiné. Belle cuisine, très fonctionnelle. Nous avons passé une quinzaine de jours formidables début septembre et nous comptons revenir l'année prochaine. Nous recommandons vivement ce très joli T3 Nous remercions Monsieur CRESTEY pour son accueil et sa gentillesse.

Unglaublich schöne Wohnung

Eine Wohnung, die keine Wünsche offen lässt. Parkplatz im Hinterhof, daher sicher. Sehr modern und optisch neu eingerichtet, komplett ausgestattet. Hervorzuheben die extrem guten Betten, gute Härte, keine Rückenschmerzen wie sonst oft in Frankreich. Mehrblick! Es sind zum Strand von Saint Malo gerade mal 80 m, Andere tolle Strände in Richtung Cancale, zwischen 5 min und 15 min Fahrt. Tolle kleine Buchten! Rochbonne ist ein kleiner Ort, 35 min zu Fuss an der Strandpromenade entlang nach Saint Malo Altstadt. Bus fährt auch, alle 35 min, einfache Fahrt 1,35. Insgesamt ein echter Traum. Wir werden die Wohnung wieder mieten.

A Super week in a great apartment

My wife and 16 year old daughter have just returned from a week in Saint Malo and the apartment we rented from Monsieur Crestey was fabulous. We arrived to meet Patrick at the 3.OOpm time and as with all these things were a little apprehensive of what the apartment would be like in reality. We needn't of worried, it truly is a lovely, bright, clean place to be, with all mod cons and superbly furnished. The Balcony is a wonderful place to sit in the late evening and enjoy a glass of wine. It is situated at the far end of one of Saint Malo's lovely beaches and although it is a bit of a walk into the town, the promenade makes the journey a very pleasant walk (about 45mins to be honest) but well worth it especially in the late evening. All in all we could not have been happier there and are planning to return in the Spring (If Patrick will have us) Definately 5 Stars.

Très belle location

Appartement en excellent état, lumineux et très bien équipé, conforme à la description. Situé à deux pas de la plage, et proche de tout, il nous a permis de passer un bon séjour breton revigorant. Nous remercions Monsieur Crestey pour sa gentillesse et le bon accueil. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.
