This is a lovely bright home that could not be more centrally located. Great views up the box canyon, a gourmet kitchen that is completely equipped, a spacious living room, a large south facing deck, and comfy beds! Located directly adjacent to the Historic Sheridan Opera house and within a 1-3 minute walk to all the restaurants and bars and 2 blocks from the gondola and chairlift. The house has a large mud room with many cubbies and hooks to store and dry all your gear. There is a wonderful and private back yard. Everyone who has stayed in this house loves it! If you find the house on Airbnb there are several great reviews.

Charming house in busy central location

Very charming house with easygoing property manager. Location couldn't be more central, but it is right next to a busy and noisy business that starts making noise very early in the morning. Deck is great, with amazing views. We were surprised to learn that a family member of the owner lives in the basement, which although it wasn't a problem seems contrary to the whole idea of a VRBO property (as portrayed in their advertising). If you're an early riser you'll absolutely love this property. If not, you may not find your stay as restful as you might hope.

Cozy, comfortable, and perfect location. Fun to have our own home and space in town, and a short walk to the ski lift. Awesome stay!

Perfect Location!

My family and I had a great 6 night stay. The house has everything you need, great kitchen, mud room for all your gear, and space for everyone to spread out and relax. One block off of the main drag and close to all the shops, restaurants, farmers markets, and free gondola. The host was very responsive and gave us great tips for fly fishing in the area. Will definitely stay again.

Location! Location! Location!

Great little house right in the heart of the town of Telluride. Easy walking distance to everything in town and only a few blocks from the Gondola. Management was very responsive! The house oozes with charm and is well appointed and maintained. The only thing missing from our stay was a hot tub!

Very homey

Very comfortable with lots of areas to gather. Kitchen was well appointed. Location was wonderful. Will stay again.

Beautiful house, perfect location

Kevin's house is in the center of Telluride just off main street and a stone's throw from all the amenities on offer there (restaurants, bars etc.), and is only 3-4 mins walk from the gondola to Mountain Village (it was 25 mins from leaving the house to getting my son to ski school, including picking up his gear from a locker in MV). The house is in excellent condition, is well-equipped with everything you need for a family vacation, plus there are great views of the mountains. I wouldn't hesitate to come back!

I would say it was like staying at a “home away from home” but it was significantly more comfortable than our regular home!

Great location!!!

My husband, myself and life long frends stayed one week at this charming home. Our visited included 3 days at the Blues and Brews festival. The home is walking distancte to town, gondola and the festival and if needed a ride the town shuttle stop is close by. The home is very spacious. Plenty of room if someone wanted to tuck in a corner to read or our group enjoy drinks and snacks on the deck. The owner was very personalble and always responded quickly to any questions we had.

Wonderful!

I was tempted to leave a one-star review so no one else would book this home and it would always be available for us. 😆 That's how much we loved it! The location was perfect! So close to Colorado Ave and the gondola. The home was comfortable and very homey. I will definitely book this one again.

Ideal location if being close to Telluride town/gondola is important to you. The house is wonderful and full of character.

Great house, great location

The house is very livable and comfortable. Everything we needed was available to us. Location was fantastic, not only for skiing, but also for walking around downtown. Wonderful experience.
