Exceeded expectations

What a beautiful place to stay. Well stocked kitchen (loved the coffee & tea choices) and all amenities. Great location. Communication was fantastic before the trip and owner left many helpful suggestions for places to eat & drink. Can't wait to go back.

Great place to stay

The property was beautiful - two king bedrooms with full baths were perfect for two couples. The walk to town was easy and we also took advantage of the included shuttle. Carmen was delightful and answered all our pre-stay questions. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Great place!

This property is a gem! It is in a quiet neighborhood but within walking distance to downtown or if you don't feel like walking you can catch the free shuttle. The space was very clean and comfortable. In fact, the moment my husband and I checked in we sat in the recliner chairs and fell asleep!

A Fabulous Property

The location, amenities, property management, provisioning - all top notch! We have stayed in many high-end VRBO properties around the world and this one was in our top five for quality and comfort. Our favorite features were the location, the heated garage, the very well stocked kitchen and multiple hot tubs (easy to find a private space). A bit pricey, but we got what we paid for!

Perfect property!

The unit was beautiful and just as described. Great location, we shuttled to ski hill and ski’d home every day, and an easy walk to Main Street. The garage and lockers and room for boots and gear were a big plus as we had 4 people and lots of stuff. The rooms were large, kitchen fully stocked - we loved the keurig selections and would highly recommend this property and will be back!

Magical!

The condo we stayed in was beautiful and had everything you could think of. It even had a pack n play for our toddler to sleep in. We loved every bit of our trip. You are a short walk from downtown and all it has to offer. Some of our favorites to eat were Erik's, The Canteen, and Legends Steakhouse.

Summer Trip- Book this townhome!

We come to Summit County a few times a year and usually rent. This is by far one of the best stocked kitchens we’ve ever had. The whole townhome is thoughtfully furnished, and comfortable. The proximity to Main Street, the gondola, and trails was wonderful. The kids loved the pool and hot tub! My husband always says I spend way too much time reading reviews before we books something- so let me save some others some time- book this townhome- you won’t regret it!

Amazing Stay in Breck!

My wife and I, along with close friends of ours enjoyed an amazing time and stay at Carmen's home. We were celebrating my birthday and the home couldn't be more perfectly situated to downtown and the slopes. We were able to get out and enjoy the fresh powder, as well as all the sights and sounds of downtown Breck. The on-call shuttle is very convenient and you can even ski home via "4pm" trail. We are looking forward to the next time we are back in Breckenridge and will definitely stay here again.

4th of July

We had a great time. The property is amazing and easy walk to town, grocery and gondola. We only drove a few times to meet others in Frisco or to hit a few trails. The condo was amazing. The entrance was under construction but traffic was directed to account for this. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends.

Weekend Ski Trip

Beautiful and well maintained in a perfect location. Ski in and gondola out. Comfortable beds and pillows. The small things made it a positive experience - including coffee, soap, shampoo, etc. Non-stick oil for cooking would be a nice add (i.e., PAM). Cookware could use an upgrade as well - very difficult to cook things like eggs and bacon on the pan we used.

Perfect ski weekend

We enjoyed our stay! Absolutely no complaints. Loved the easy access to town and skiing. On the first day we walked to the gondola for skiing, and on the second day we had the shuttle drive us up to peak 8. The shuttle was extremely convenient. After a long day of skiing, our favorite thing was being able to ski right back home. Having a Keurig and coffee pot was nice! Also, a heated garage with warmers and lockers was a plus for storing our equipment. I definitely recommend this place to others.

Great location.

The condo is comfortable. Well stocked kitchen. Big master and bath. The 2nd room has king bed which takes up most of the room but we made it work. The beds are comfortable. The 3 TV’s cable & internet were not working. The Host is very good at returning messages daily however, we had to play tv repair man every night as we were told it may work now… unfortunately they were not fixed until we were checking out. That was frustrating as we like to watch news and a sitcom before settling in at night..the TVs have a complicated system of remotes so that seemed to make it harder. I would recommend to the host to label the light switches as there are many.. and to put brighter lights in the shared bathroom. It is dark. The big magnifying mirror on wall did not light up either so I used the master bath when putting on makeup. Check out was easy. Good location.

Awesome place to stay!

Lots of thoughtful items for use in the town home. The kitchen is well stocked so you can cook/bake. Great place to ski in/out. The jacuzzi was great for after skiing. Highly recommend.

Vacation

Great property. The location was perfect. Th shuttle was an added bonus. The owners had everything one could need. It was so nice not have to to worry about the little details like sugar or cooking oil it was all there and then some.

Clean, Well Equipped, and Peaceful Location

My wife and I enjoyed our stay very much at this property. It was very clean. It was also the best equipped property we have ever stayed at. A lot of little things that make a difference when you are traveling and staying someplace that is not home. For example, one cupboard contained a nice selection of spices and seasonings. There was a box of multiple teas and Keurig coffee pods. We also loved the location - easy to get to the bike trails and downtown Breckenridge. Having a garage made storing our bikes inside very convenient. One challenge with many Colorado properties is the number of stairs to get to the living space and bedrooms. This property had all bedrooms and living area on one level. We had a great time here.
