Perfect place to enjoy your desert or golf get away! Fully furnished condo with all the comforts of home, including cable, Wifi, outdoor grill and right on Stonecreek Golf course. Fully stocked kitchen with everything you’ll need to prepare a meal including a full set of cookware, dishes, silverware, glasses, coffee and tea. This condo is well stocked and comfortable and feels more like a home than a condo. One dog of 20 lbs or less allowed with permission. There will be a pet fee of $300 plus an additional refundable deposit of $300.
Fabulous location with a Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s, shopping, and restaurants in walking distance. Easy access to freeways leading to Old Town Scottsdale, and Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport, also just a short 10 minute drive to Kierland Commons & Scottsdale Quarter, both offering unique, upscale shops and restaurants. Enjoy a great walk on the green belt surrounding the Stonecreek Golf Course. Close to Paradise Valley, The Barrett Jackson Auction, and The Phoenix Open.

The condo features tile throughout, and the spacious king bedroom has a walk in closet, and a comfortable bed with quality bedding and a Smart TV.
Single level unit with no interior steps. Assigned covered parking just steps away from the unit, and heated community pool and hot tub. You can even keep up with your workout routine by using the fitness center.

Great condo! Great location!

I spent two weeks here and it was perfect for me and close to shopping, and restaurants and only 10 minutes from where my son lives, which is why I spent the two holiday weeks in Scottsdale. This is a perfect condo for one single person or a married couple. It felt like home only a short time after I had checked in. The owner was accessible and responsive to any questions I had (and I didn't have many because she prepared me so well in advance). As this was the coldest holiday season in a while in the Phoenix area, I did not get to enjoy the pool or hot tub - but both are only steps away from the condo! And, there is a nice patio for enjoying beautiful days and/or nights outside (I was able to enjoy a little time there before the weather turned cold). I'm a walker and loved the walking trail behind the complex. And, if you're a golfer, this condo sits right on a beautiful golf course.

Property was as advertised. Walking distance to many restaurants, Walgreens and Fry’s. Location provided great access to get around. Will definitely stay here again! Thank you Arlene!

Very comfortable and convenient getaway!

My husband and I enjoyed this Unit. Kitchen was well stocked with new appliances and we especially appreciated the proximity to the pool area which we used often. Property management very responsive. Plan to return.

Wonderful location close to grocery shopping and restaurants.

Easy communication with owners and easy access to condo. Loved being steps away from grill and pool area. Condo was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Complex was clean and very quiet. We loved walking over to the brewery a few times and hanging with the locals. We will definitely be back!

Love the location

Everything is close, many restaurants to pick from and grocery stores. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. Close to the pool and grill. Would definitely stay here again!

Relax and Renew

A quiet condo community which is well cared for. The residents are friendly to renters offering an immediate feeling of inclusion. Beautiful heated pool and large spa in the center of this cloistered jewel. Closely located to restaurants and shopping. No doubt we will be repeat renters.

Golf trip with wife

This unit was very much as advertised the weather was a little cold so more time spent in the hot tub vs pool but did use the pool and was surprised as to how warm it was

Great place to stay

The pictures accurately depict the property. The condo was fully supplied with all of the cooking utensils, bedding and towels needed. The condo was clean; the bed and other furniture is very comfortable. The condo is VERY close to several places to buy groceries. There are also places to eat within walking distance. The condo sits near the 16th hole of the golf course. The golf course is a fun public course. The pool was very clean, the fitness center has a treadmill as well as a weight machine. The condo has a washer/dryer in the unit which was very useful. We will definitely stay here again when we can.

Paradise Valley Vacation

We had a fabulous time in Paradise Valley! We had everything we needed close by. Our condo was very nice! Our only problem was with the availability of sports channels on the television @ the condo! We would definitely recommend this location to all looking to stay in Arizona!!

Great location

Condo very conveniently located walk to grocery shopping, several choices. Golfing very close by. Scottsdale is wonderful place lots of activities to do. We would visit Scottsdale again. Sofa in picture on VRBO website is different than in condo, sofa very low and cushions not the greatest...…….. Pillows in bed room definitely need replacing.

Arlene and John's condo

Hi my name is Barry and I just finished staying in Arlene and John's condo for 11 nights in January 2019 :) The condo is conveniently located on the property with very easy access to the pool and BBQ and it's only steps away from the units assigned parking space! I found the unit to be incredibly quiet and so if you are a light sleeper this will make you happy... I had one very small issue the first day and Arlene was on it within minutes and both were very nice to deal with. I found the unit to be very clean and well supplied and I must say more than some others that I have rented in the past in the area. One of those little things was lots of soft towels, its a simple thing but is nice to have... And finally the condo is located in a nice safe complex and is within walking distance of shopping, groceries and restaurants and backs onto a walking / biking trail and golf course... I would recommend this condo to a family member or friend. Enjoy, Barry :)

Awesome home away from home

Can't say enough about my entire experience at this condo in Paradise Valley AZ. From the first contact, Arlene made me feel right at home! All the little details were taken care of without question. The accommodations had everything I needed: it was really clean, I felt safe, the bed was super comfy and I appreciated the technology access not to mention the covered parking spot! The pool and hot tub looked great but I was too busy to take advantage of them - maybe next time!? Would definitely try to book this spot if I'm back in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area again. Thanks making everything perfect!
