Great location, quiet neighborhood. We loved the hot tub, but the pool was not heated which was a bummer. Also, it's a three story unit, which was fine for our group but just a heads up about two sets of stairs. Overall nice place!

We LOVED the location: great neighborhood, easy walk to restaurants and shopping. The living room furniture had ample space for the group to sit around as well as the patio. We had plenty of towels. Personally, the downstairs mattress had a few springs or something that made nights long, but others said the upstairs ones were good.

Cousins trip!

First time we were altogether in years and it was a great spot. Some quirks around the house; but overall a good spot that worked well with for our group. Owner was very responsive and timely in communication.

Boys Spring Training Trip

The property was great for our needs. Very close to the ball field we had tickets for, close to downtown activities. Clean and very comfortable. Would stay again and refer friends as well.

Scottsdale Spring Training

Great location! Convenient to many spring training ball fields and walking distance to Old Town Scottsdale. There were a few maintenance issues when we arrived, but Cameron took care of them immediately. Pool and hot tub were great.

Perfect location to walk to everything

Location, location, location! We enjoyed the walkability to downtown & Stadium. Comfortable condo for three couples each having our own en-suite. Overall giving a strong 4 star rating. “Lux” is a stretch…we would like to have experienced a complete kitchen to prepare our meals. Clean bathrooms & closets hangers in closets are a must.

Just shy of perfect.

The place was very nice. It’s located in a cute neighborhood, close to many coffee shops and stores. The rooms are large and the space was able to accommodate our needs. The host was very responsive to any and all inquiries. The only issues that we had were the amount of stairs (18 per flight) which was our fault because we didn’t pay attention that it is a townhouse and that the unit was in need of some TLC. You can tell that it was great unit when it was first listed. However, Father Time is showing some wear, that simple updating can fix. We had a very nice time.

Friend visit

Its not a luxury property but everyones meaning is different, definitely let people know theres lots of stairs, had to spend $20 a day for coffee as coffee maker wasn't adequate (needs a new one). The smell in house was not good, had to keep windows open. It was clean to the eye.

Spring Break

The pool was only open 1 day for us and it is not heated. It worked out fine as the weather wasn’t the best. Although we didn’t use all 3 bedrooms, the unit is large enough to accommodate many people and have room to move. We really enjoyed the open floor plan on the main level for visiting and bedrooms on other levels. 3.5 bathrooms was fantastic! Unit is so close to many things. We did walk to Old Town and of course Starbucks. I am pretty picky when it comes to cleanliness and I have zero complaints about that!

Nice spot

The place was nice but out dated. Needs an updated. What is up with all of the remote controls in the living room. And when it say that there are 5 beds he is counting mattresses on the floor and couches. But if that doesn’t bother you then this is a great place in a great location. The owner was very helpful and the communication was very quick and to the point. I would definitely stay here again if I hadn’t brought 5 adult males.

Needs makeover

Great location but the place is more than ready for a makeover. Carpet is clean but in bad condition. Couch is low to ground and not very comfortable. Owner has OCD relative to check in and check out time and don’t run the AC over 75 degrees or you will be charged an additional $ 250. Outside temp was 97 degrees upon arrival. otherwise, location was great.

Didn’t stay, terrible shape

We want our money back. Stains on the carpets. Terrible smell, Brocken laundry door. Worn. Facility. My wife was disgusted. Contracted the host that didn’t get back to me. I sent an email ahead to say that my wife needed a clean place. Looked like a frat house inside. The pictures on line don’t match. We took videos as to the condition and had to find another place. Very nice area! Walkable to Old Town

Our stay overall was great. It was enough room for our group to celebrate Thanksgiving. We had a couple of little snags but Cameron is amazing and was extremely responsive.

Great stay!

The stay was amazing overall! Just a few things to note for future customers is the pixels on the television were dying and the applications kept kicking us out. Not sure if this is because of spotty WiFi or the television itself.

I live and work in San Diego, CA America's FINEST city, and I love the beach/surfing, exercising, yoga, golf, snowboarding, watching and attending sporting events, and eating at new restaurants. I also enjoy beer/wine (San Diego has a great microbrewery scene)!

I consider myself outgoing, easy to get along with, VERY COMMUNICATIVE and FLEXIBLE. I've been known to make friends and spend time with my guests, if that's what they prefer, but also can keep myself busy and leave them alone (if that's what they want!).
