Boasting year-round, long-range mountain views in all seasons, Glade Mountain Top Retreat makes life easy with a fully equipped kitchen and a gas grill with a prepping station, and the open living and dining area is great for relaxation. Three stories of living space include a bedroom and full bath on each level, three flat-screen TVs with satellite service and streaming channels (guests must use their own account for subscription services), and a lower level bonus room that features a dry bar with a beverage fridge and a Keurig coffee maker.

For outdoor fun, take a break in the hot tub, build a bonfire and roast marshmallows, or kick back on the hammock with a good book. After a cookout on the covered deck, the gravel neighborhood roads are perfect for an after-dinner stroll. If you really want to stretch your legs, the home enjoys access to over ten miles of hiking and mountain biking trails right out your door. • 4WD/AWD Required in Winter: During the winter months (Nov. 1st - Mar 31st) and inclement weather, a 4WD/AWD vehicle is required to access this property. Please ensure your vehicle has sufficient clearance (i.e. SUV, Truck, or raised sedan). Low-clearance vehicles with 4WD/AWD are not recommended.
• Travel Insurance Highly Recommended
During the winter months, we highly recommend you consider CSA Travel Insurance to protect your vacation investment from potential winter weather events that could prevent access to the home. No refunds shall be provided if you cannot access the home due to winter weather.
• Noise Ordinance & Speed Limit: Glade Mountain Top Retreat is located in a private community perfect for peaceful enjoyment. This community has a very low noise tolerance and is under a noise ordinance between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. There is also a 17 MPH speed limit throughout the community.
• Amenities: Firewood is not provided for guest use. If you plan on using the wood-burning amenities, please purchase wood locally upon arrival.
• Internet Speed. This property is equipped with an internet connection with speeds up to 7 Mbps.
