This comfortable condo comes with beautiful lake views, an oversize master suite that's sure to impress, and access to shared amenities that include a rooftop hot tub and five resort-style pools (including a zero-edge family pool, a lagoon pool, a rooftop pool, an island pool on the lake, and a kids' play pool). The bunks are perfect for the kids and the open floor plan is ideal for maximizing family time. The balcony is big enough for everyone to gather and enjoy the view, making this a wonderful place for a family getaway!

Saint Andrews State Park is only a short drive away for hiking, cycling, and enjoying nature. Enjoyed our stay!

I went with 5 kids (13 yr on s to 8mos) and we had a lot of fun! I definitely recommend staying from the 6th floor down, because elevators were no problem for us! We parked on the 5th floor parking garage and there was plenty of parking. The pools were nice, but kid pool wasn’t as nice as expected. Beach access at Pineapple Willy’s was a little walk, but not terrible. Beach was packed and we weren’t able to put our tent in front of the beach chairs and umbrellas which was inconvenient for us. Beds were ok. A couple things were forgotten by the cleaning service. There weren’t many “extras” in the kitchen. Bring a big pot and/or crock pot if you need to cook. There were only 2 plastic cups, so we bought 5 more to leave there. Overall, I would maybe stay again but may look into a smaller complex for a less crowded beach experience.

Very nice place to stay with lake view with everything nearby.

Condo was very nice. Kitchen fully stock with everything needed to make meals. Lakeview was nice. This location is literally near everything for your vacations, stores, restaurants, activities, ice cream, bars, just fun 5 pools.

Not satisfied

The master bedroom tube know was broke so we could not turn the water on. Roaches was on the dishes in the cabinets. No broom was there to sweep the floor. The sliding doors looked like they have not been cleaned out for months. I will not pick this unit again.

Over all good

Over all my experience was good but there were a couple of things that were not pleasant. The master bed was uncomfortable. It was like sleeping with a lump in the middle of the bed. The last night we were there we noticed the master tv did not work, the cable kept going in and out. The couches in the living room were old and sunk in every time you sat down. But the location was excellent, close to everything we needed! The only downfall was that it would take us forever to get an elevator :(

Loved this place

The view of the lake was amazing!! The whole condo was nice and clean. From the pools to the walk to the beach. Everything is close by. I will be living here again on my next visit

Overall it was Okay. Multiple problems with the room. Location was great. Buffet was awesome and pool was nice.

Needs attention

This unit is not in good shape. King bed is high in the middle. Feels like you’re gonna fall off the sides. Cable doesn’t work in one room, and ceiling fan sounds like it’s about to break. Ice maker didn’t dispense ice. Balcony faces wharf, so no gulf breeze. Access to beach is horrid. Elevator waits long, fight condo traffic, cross street, go through coded gate, long boardwalk, then sand. But wait there’s more. The beach is COVERED UP with rental chairs at 40 per set! Very few places to set up own gear unless you want to be behind all those rentals which is a rule by the way. Can’t set up tents in front of them. My advice….just stay somewhere else. Even if it’s a low key motel down the road. You’ll have a better experience there….trust me

Vacation in Panama City Beach

The condo was great! Location was great! Will stay again if we come back to Panama City Beach. The only negative was there were no extra garbage bags or toilet paper left in the place for us to use.

Wharf Town

The condo was clean and everything worked as it should. It was a short walk to the beach with its own coded access point. The only down side of there is one wad the master bedroom bed, it could use an update.

Awesome Condominium 531

Loved this Condominium (531). My wife and I enjoyed our stay. Comfortable bed. Two bedrooms / two baths. Nice kitchen. Has all dishes. Just had to purchase food for a couple of days. Two nice flat screen TVs with cable service. Overlooks the lake. Has a nightly light show in the water. Highly recommend staying here!

Very Bad experience with Home away and Vacasa

I booked a condo on homeaway. When reached there property owner was living in property. Then had to spend 2 hours outside and search for other hotel. Initially Vacasa property wasn’t ready to take responsibility and ask me to make arrangements on my own.
