This Beachside Resort offers unparalleled amenities with convenient beach access, 5 unique pools, a kids Funscape Playground, Splash Bar & Grill, Gulf View Fitness Center and covered garage parking. Please note that Laketown Wharf requires you to register with them for security purposes that include up to two parking passes and up to six wristbands. Approximately $80 will need to be paid to Laketown Wharf separately from this rental agreement.

We loved this condo! It had everything we needed and more! They had all kinds of small things that made the stay perfect. The only detractor was the elevators, just not enough for the size of the building, but we didn’t have too many issues. Overall, a great value for what we paid! Easy access to the beach and lots to do on the property as well!

We had a wonderful time during our stay. The balcony provided a great view, and the unit was clean and well-equipped with everything we needed. We will definitely try to come back again. However, there was a slight issue with the elevator; you might have to wait for it at certain times of the day.

Great location

The unit was just as the pictures showed. The unit was nicely decorated, up-to-date and was very clean. Clise to groceries, restaurants and golf.

Quick 2 night stay but great place! Gets real busy around the area during spring real but it was fun to watch. We enjoyed our stay a lot and apartment had everything we needed.

Beautiful view

Beautiful view of the ocean, nice updated condo and convenient location. Condo was nice and everything we needed for the beach was available for us to use so we didn’t have to pack extra things.

Very impressed with this unit. Extremely clean (I've been going to PCB for over 40 years and this was the cleanest, most well-stocked condo I've ever stayed in!). Beautifully decorated, very comfortable, and felt more like a home than a condo rental. Close to restaurants (a number of which are on the property itself), quite a few attractions, and right across the street from Walmart. My granddaughter (age 12) and I had a wonderful time. I give it two thumbs up! Thanks, Kelly.

Great Place!

Our first time in Florida and we had a wonderful time! Great location, great condo, great view, great host. Appreciated the extras like an in-unit washer and dryer, sand toys, boogie boards, wagon. There are lots of pools and it has private beach access. We would love to come back, the kids didn’t want to leave!

We cant say enough. Was perfect for my wife and I for our 10-year anniversary. Very spacious!Has just about everything you could imagine from spices to everything you could possibly need in a kitchen. Beach gear was also great. A nice wagon, umbrella and 4 chairs that worked out so well at the beach.Wifi speeds were amazing...well over 450mbps for download speeds can stream and do anything for your intetnet needs. Cable service also had tons...although we barely used it. Beach access and location couldnt be better. Right behind Pineapple Willies which is absolutely perfect. Walmart right behind resort is also really nice. Also had really nice pools on site as well. The beach itself was immaculate! Cant believe the cost is so affordable! We had a wonderful 10 year anniversary here and would recommend to everyone!

Beautiful Resort and Beach

We loved this property and can’t wait to return for another visit. It’s very safe with security patrols at all hours and is gated. The beds were so comfy and I have very high standards for cleanliness - this rental exceeded my expectations. It’s also so quiet, you can not hear other guests at all. If you do have a fear of elevators or heights this is not the place for you. Everyone else, I highly recommend it!!!

This condo was exceptional! We've never felt more "at home" in a rental. We've stayed at several different units at Laketown Wharf but this one is by far our favorite.

Was not happy about walking down 16 flights of stairs and being told the fire alarm was a test. Not being allowed to casually drink at the pool or hot tub wasn't good. The number of guards walking around was a bit much.

Our stay was lovely! The home was beautiful and as pictured! Very homey! The view from the balcony was amazing! The bed was so comfortable! Mrs. Kelley was very quick to respond and answer any and all questions I had! When we return I hope this listing will be available!

Very clean, lots of amenities, owner replies to all my questions very promptly. I’ve stayed in lake town wharf multiple times in the last 10 years and this was the cleanest & most beautiful unit I’ve gotten to stay in. My kids enjoyed all the touches as well, games, coloring books. The kitchen was amazing and stocked with good cooking supplies (pans, pots, etc) and plates & cups. Also traveling with kids was nice they had extra cleaning supplies to keep up with any messes my children made. Thank you for allowing us to stay here.

Such a lovely condo with a beautiful view

This trip was to celebrate our youngest grandson's 13th birthday. He had never flown or been to the ocean & has always liked to stay on the highest floors of hotels. He was totally amazed by the condo & the view and all that we did in Panama City Beach. Everything was perfect.
