We love living here, and here is why you should love staying here on your Park City Vacation...
1 Bedroom 2 Bath townhouse with covered parking (1 car). Sleeps 4 with sofa sleeper. That is kinda boring lets get to the fun stuff.
Located right between Main Street and Park City Mountain Resort Base Area about a 5 minute walk to both. If you do not want to walk no problem!!! The FREE CITY BUS will take you to Park City s historical main street, Deer Valley, The Canyons, Olympic Park, outlet mall or wherever you want to explore in town or nearby.
The condo has a queen sized bed in the master and a queen size pullout in the living room. There is a flat screen, wood burning fireplace, internet, sling tv, netflix, covered parking, laundry, coffee maker, stocked kitchen for making your culinary masterpiece, and do not forget about the hot tub after skiing.
For summer stays we set up the amazing deck lounge space under a birch tree for optimal shade and summer temperatures. For the winter stays have no fear the table, grill, and fire pit stay to toast your success on the slopes of Park City.
Park City is fun you should stay in the middle of the fun on your getaway.

Great location, just what we wanted
We stayed for a week during Sundance and the place way great. The location allowed us to walk to town and not worry about needing a car. The unit itself was great. Having 2 bathrooms was really great so we didn't need to share that space. The kitchen was well stocked, even had fresh coffee for us to grind each morning for our daily java fix. I would certainly stay here again and not hesitate to recommend to others thinking about it.

Melissa grew up in Park City, and I (Scott) have been in town for 10 years. We love our condo and absolutely love Park City for everything it has to offer. Melissa is a Kindergarten Teacher in town and I am a Golf Professional for Canyons Golf.
Ryder the black dog (photoed in above) was found on the streets of Dallas, TX and brought us together. I am lucky Melissa stayed with me after he passed. I was worried there for a moment... There are no dogs in the condo now, but you will see some photos of him in the condo.
