- Building amenities; Gym, sauna, outdoor hot tub & heated pool. Pool and hot tub are closed Mid-September until the end of November when the resort opens for skiing. Winter hours are 4pm until 10pm and Summer hours are 10am until 10 pm.
- Parking is available first-come first-served for 2 vehicles (No Campers, RV's or Trailers).
- Town’s free shuttle system stops just outside of building for easy access to almost everything
- Portable Air Conditioner in living room & fans in bedrooms

The space
Our swanky condo is located in the heart of it all for whatever Park City adventure you seek, but once you step inside you can unwind in a modern and comfortable home away from home. Our new kitchen contains all the amenities you will need to prepare a home-cooked meal. The island counter doubles as a high top dining table (in lieu of a standalone kitchen table). The kitchen opens up to the updated living room that has a gas fireplace, new pullout sofa bed, and recliner chairs for two. Sliding glass doors lead to an adjacent balcony with two chairs to enjoy the fresh mountain air. The master bedroom contains a king-sized bed with a new mattress and an attached bathroom. The second bedroom has a pillow-top queen-sized bed and is across the hall from the second full bathroom. Additional building amenities include coin operated washers and dryers (quarters required). We hope our guests have a wonderful stay in our home.
