This was our favorite VRBO stay to date! The condo was very clean and everything seemed very well thought out. There is a record player, DVD player and lots of games and puzzles to. The condo is centrally located and easy to find. We didn't get to use the hot tub or the pool, but we will be back. Hosts were very communicative and responsive! Thanks for the great stay in Park City!

Great location and easy communication with the owners! Our main issue was the temperature inside the condo when we arrived—it was around 85 at 4:30 p.m., even though it was close to 70 outside. The small plug-in AC unit didn’t do much to cool the space, and even with the windows open and fans running, it remained quite warm at night. Thankfully we were outside enjoying all that PC has to offer during the day!A suggestion would be to have whoever prepares the condo check the weather forecast and turn off the heat (including the heated floors) when warmer weather is expected.On a positive note, by our final night the condo was at a cooler temperature, and we were able to relax, play cards, and enjoy some of the fun records in the collection. If you are looking for a perfect location during ski season, this is your place. You will be warm and cozy!

It was quaint and clean except for sticky on slipper and urine smell from bathroom floor between toilet and shower in back bedroom. No TV reception from same bedroom. No communication about pool and hot tub being completely unavailable. We had our 10 year-old granddaughter who was counting on those for use. The heat was on constantly and went from 75, when we first arrived, to 83 degrees, with no ability to adjust the temperature the entire stay. It's important to at least communicate the status of such issues when circumstances are different than expectations as stated in advertisement for the condo. Otherwise, we enjoyed the location and peace during our stay. Sorry for the full disclosure but felt these things were important to say.

Great park city spot for our family

We really enjoyed the layout, amenities and vibe of this place. Loved the vinyl, the fireplace and the extreme closeness to the ski hill. My kids loved the hot tub and we used it daily. I would highly recommend this place! Thank you!

Great apartment close to the ski lifts

Well stocked apartment with nice modern renovation. Short walk to the ski slopes and supermarket and right next to bus stop to Main Street.

We live in Old Town Park City, in a house just up the street from this condo, but we were remodeling our house and needed a place in the neighborhood for several days. This condo is well designed. The owner has clearly thought about details that make it a nice place to stay.

Fantastic experience

We sincerely enjoyed our time in this beautiful condo. We had everything we could possibly need, and the owners were very responsive to us during our stay. It's a lovely unit in a beautiful place! We hope to return soon.

Great condo in a central location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was a clean condo, super close to the resort and walking distance to the lifts, which was great to not have to mess with parking. We went to the Canyons side one day, and having the bus stop right out front of the condo was terrific. Nice walk to Main Street, about 20 minutes away. Definitely recommend!

Spring break week

Spent spring break week with my wife and two kids (11,13). This condo was a great home base for our park city visit. Across from base area, easy parking and nice amenities (outdoor pool and hot tub). Condo was recently renovated and very clean and modern, hip and comfy, with thoughtful touches that made it perfect for a ski vacation.

Awesome location and great amenities!

Awesome location (less than 5 min walk to Park City lifts, 15 min walk to Main St) and great, clean condo. Great communication from the hosts. The condo had all of the amenities we could need including soap/shampoo in the showers, pool towels, plastic cups for the hot tub, and gas fireplace. Beds were very comfortable!

Great condo

This is a very tidy condo in a great location, right across the street from the resort. The pool/hot tub provided plenty of entertainment for our kids, and the waterfall showers were quite refreshing after active days outside. I was quite pleased to have access to a well stocked kitchen and a grill by the pool. Overall, a very good value for the money.

PC Ski - 2023

Great location for skiing Park City. Reasonable wall or short drive to downtown. Clean unit and had all the kitchen items we needed for cooking.

Park City Family Vacation

Great location and very cute. Property managers very quick and accommodating to all requests. Would suggest that the place is really more comfortable for four. We had 4 adults and 2 kids. Kids slept on pull-out sofa which made it kind of tight—although it did work because they were 6 and 9.

Bike race

Super cute property but it is tiny! It had 2 bedrooms,/ 2 baths. living room and kitchen but nowhere I could roll out a yoga mat. Floor was really dirty but everything else was really clean and the kitchen was very well stocked. Easy to access and the pool looked nice!

Good location and good space but a few concerns

The space really great and the condo was well appointed and the location was prime. A few issues that we encountered: the unit was incredibly hot, had to sleep with all the windows open. The walkway leading to the unit is uneven so if it snows it can be a bit dangerous.
