This home is located in a cul-de-sac in family friendly Woodlawn Subdivision on the West side of Oxford. There are three bedrooms on the main floor- one has a king, one has a full, and one has a TWIN LOFT bed. There are two full bathrooms on the main floor. The fourth bedroom is upstairs with one queen bed and one twin bed (and a comfy couch) and has its own full bathroom.

The house has a fenced in backyard and is very kid friendly, including a basketball goal and trampoline.

The house is roughly three miles from the Grove and Vaught-Hemingway Stadium and four miles from the square.

** Please note- Like many graduation/game day rental houses in Oxford, this is our personal residence. We try to make room in our closets, refrigerator, etc. for renters' use, but our things will be here, too. **

There is a Tesla charger in the garage.

Football Weekend

Was perfect for a guys football weekend getaway. Host was very communicative and helpful with many questions including getting us gameday parking nearby. Left us water and snacks. Highly recommend and I would stay again.

Game weekend

This worked out great for us, as my son lives close by the house. Owner let us in early and was very good w communication. It’s an older home but was fine since we really just needed to sleep there and didn’t hang out much there. There was coffee, cookies, water bottles, and was offered to use anything they had. Thank you very much!

Football weekend

Location is great. House is very nice. Amanda was very easy to talk to and if there were any issues. Which there were not.

Home Away from Home

The property is a personal residence and as such had a full fridge of food, all their clothes, toys, even found a shoe or two under the couch. She was super sweet, but we didn’t realize the situation until we were too late to cancel. She told us to help ourselves to anything, but for the price we would have expected a bit tidier, maybe more organized place…? There were no kitchen dish towels, so we had to go to Walmart just to do dishes properly. The kids had a great time and having the yard was a huge plus! We would stay again, especially knowing what to expect coming in :)! We had a fun family weekend!

Football Rental

The property was in a nice neighborhood and only a short drive to the campus and square. The home was clean and spacious. The owners provided some great snacks, water and coffee. I would definitely recommend it.

Hotty Toddy Weekend

Had a group of 8 adults down for Ole Miss football weekend. House worked out great, homeowner was very friendly, accommodating and quick to answer any questions I had. Neighborhood was quiet which was great after being in The Grove and on the The Square.

Oxford getaway

This was a very nice home in a very nice, quiet neighborhood. It was just a short ride to town. The only criticism is the TV was difficult to work for my senior friends and I. My son figured it out easily.
