At the beach in the Village of Carlsbad. Quick access (6 houses) to beach access! W. of PCH. Train Station, restaurants, shops are walking distance. Newly built Mini Suite was built w/high end amenities. Approx. 400 sq. ft. Features: Queen Bed w/adjustable head and feet at your fingertips. Cable TV & Netflix. Walk in shower, full kitchen and inside washer/dryer. Outdoor deck with table and chairs to enjoy the sounds of the waves crashing Parking on Driveway (south driveway - see picture). Park next to my car or leave me a space for mine. Exterior beach shower. No Pets, No Drugs, No Smoking, No Parties and No additional guests without approval.

Hear the crashing of the waves from this beach close unit. Stained Cement Floors, Air Conditioning, Heating. Unbelievable location.

Host was very responsive and was extremely helpful to us. The space is welcoming, close to the beach, in a quiet neighborhood, close to the village. It was exactly what we needed for the time we were there.

Another excellent visit

This is the second time we have stayed at this location. Both times have been very enjoyable. It's a great place for a couple. It's a quiet neighborhood and an easy walk to the beach. The apartment is small but very clean and the host, Miki, is very accommodating. This will be our go-to spot when we return in the future.

Excellent Location

We will definitely book here again. The suite is located in the Carlsbad village area with tons of shops, restaurants, bars and is very close to the beach. It was well appointed and check in/out was a breeze.

Great little place in perfect location

Last minute getaway to Carlsbad. Unit is small but well appointed. Great for 2 pp. Location is fantastic! Everything was turnkey. Would definitely stay here again.

Very clean and great location.

It was a great location and the place was extremely clean with great internet. I was able to work from the place with no issues. Close to great restaurants and bars as well as the beach.

Stayed for the weekend, perfect size for a couple wanting some time away. Short walk to the beach, centrally located to downtown Carlsbad. Within walking distance to everything. Beautiful

The condo was absolutely perfect! We loved being able to open the deck door and listen to the waves. The kitchen was fully stocked, so you could easily cook an entire meal if you wanted to. The location couldn’t be better—it’s only about a block and a half from the beach. After a day out in the sun, coming back and being able to cool off quickly with the air-conditioned space was such a luxury. The condo is quiet, private, and so comfortable. You will not be disappointed!

Perfect Location and Place

Only a block from the beach and a lovely 2 block walk to town and great restaurants! Mikki was very responsive and helpful! This place has everything you need, including beach chairs to watch wonderful sunsets at the beach! We would love to stay here again when we have more time!

Our Go-To Place in Carlsbad

We've been vacationing at this wonderful property in Carlsbad for over 5 years. It's perfect for couples - more spacious than a hotel room with better privacy. The location cannot be beat. It's one block from the beach and just a few blocks from great restaurants in Carlson. The owner always has the property spotless and communicates well. Can't recommend enough.

This is the 5th time my wife and I have stayed here. The space is clean, spacious for a couple, comfortable, and within walking distance to restaurants, shops, and of course, the beach. The VRBO host is wonderful. Five stars.

Perfect spot for a quick getaway in Carlsbad

We were looking for a spot close to the beach and this place was perfect. We could walk to anywhere we wanted to go for coffee / restaurants/ bars. Miki made it easy to check in and out. She provided beach chairs and towels, and all the other amenities we needed. We wish we could have stayed longer!

I also enjoy Pickle ball, cycling, working out at the gym, and playing pool/cards. I am an athlete and enjoy watching golf, ice hockey and college sports. I have 2 toddler Grandsons. I built this home and guest home and started living in it in April of 2018. I enjoy vacation renting my unit. Lots of nice, interesting people from all over the country.

It's definitely a Vacation Property! You can hear the crashing of the waves from the unit. It has cement polished floors and a large wall slider so you feel like you are outside. Nice outdoor seating.
