Unit C - The Carlsbad Beach Villas were completed in 2006. The Beach Villas are 3 completely private condominiums. Units A, B & C are fully furnished short term rentals each of which have a large private 2 car garage, laundry, and sun deck. The location is perfect for the beach and Village experience. Carlsbad’s best beach voted in Americas Top 20 Beaches is located directly in front with easy access. This beach has beautiful white sand, lifeguards in the summer, bathroom facility and fresh water showers. Also, you are just steps from the fabulous Village restaurants with something sure to please every palate: An exciting night life, theaters, great shopping, renowned spas, galleries, and much more.

The Carlsbad Villas are equipped with amenities rarely found in a vacation rental - everything you need to make your stay memorable. Unit A has an Ocean View and Unit B & C have views of the quaint Carlsbad Village. The vaulted ceilings, spacious floor plan, elegant granite, and custom décor truly give the feel of grandeur.

Great communication with owner Renee who quickly took care of a couple small repairs. The location close to the beach and in the village was ideal! Even with the close proximity to the busyness of the village, the complex and street were nice and quiet at night. The area rugs do need a deep cleaning or replacement after a busy summer season which is understandable. Thank you very much!

This was a great property in a great location at a very reasonable price. It was convenient to walk the short distance to the beach and to walk to restaurants and shops. We did not have to worry about finding a parking spot since there is an attached garage. The host was easy to get in touch with and responded quickly to questions and concerns. We will definitely stay at this property again.

The condo was lovely and the location was perfect. A short walk to the beach and some shops. Also the owner was a pleasure to work with. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would stay there again.

The property is in a great location with a short walk to the beach and lots of restaurants. I would say there is nothing fancy about this property if that is what you are looking for, but certainly comfortable and clean with everything you could need. Great price point. We didn't have any noise concerns and I am typically a light sleeper. It was also very nice having the roomy garage and not having to fight for street parking or having to squeeze into tiny spots. Thanks Rene!

Close to the beach for daily walks. Catch a quick dinner at Dini’s. Short drive to the rest of Carlsbad restaurants. Weather was great. Plenty of room in the unit. We took advantage of the full kitchen including dishwasher. Also used the clothes washer in the garage.

This was our second time staying here. It is now our home away from home. Rene is a great host. Love the location. Fact that there is a garage, laundry all a plus. Highly recommend.

This is by far our favorite vacation rental in Carlsbad. Our unit was beautiful, spacious and equipped with everything we needed to enjoy our vacation. The wonderful host, Rene, is absolutely the best! He provides prompt communication with any questions we had. Having a garage was so nice to put our rental car in. Rene has plenty of beach accessories for enjoying some time down at the beach, which is only steps away! We have rented several beach homes over the years, but we will always and forever come back to this beautiful and comfortable beach house. Book here...you will not be disappointed!

Love staying here

Have stayed here prior and always a great experience. Walking distance to everything. Love the “extras” for the beach. Beds were very comfortable and decor was great. Would stay here again and again.
