Apartment of 60m2 entirely air-conditioned calm and luminous any comfort in the heart of the historic center with unspoilable view on the castle of the duchy, at the foot of, cinema, swimming pool, trade and markets with the producers of the place to the herbs, 2 large parking lots including an underground 50m. It consists of a large main living room very bright crossing north south, kitchen living room, mezzanine bedroom, separate wc with washing machine and large bedroom facing north with bathroom and large shower. Fully air conditioned.

Charming apartment in a great location

Marie’s apartment is a wonderful, cozy one-bedroom apartment, made even more charming by the fact that Marie’s artwork (she is a talented artist) warms up the environment. My husband and I know Uzes well and it is a great location for walking to all the best shops and the wonderful markets. As another reviewer said, it’s on a main street, but very quiet. We were never bothered by noise.

Dirty, smelly, and noisy - don’t use VRBO

Booked last June for a 30 day stay. Reviews were glowing. Arrived to find the host spoke no English, was days late in responding, and tried to rush us into taking the keys. She knew it was bad. We could not stay, took pics of the condition of the property. Contacted VRBO customer service immediately with the response that they can do nothing. Host kept our $. We had to find a hotel.

C’est la première fois que je rencontre cette situation . Dès votre arrivée voyant qu’il y avait 3 étages et ne l’ayant pas constaté sur l’annonce vous avez trouvé de faux prétextes pour exiger un remboursement et me rendre les clefs . J’ai moi aussi contacté VRBO qui m’on signalé mes droits de ne pas vous rembourser. Cordialement

Très chouette appartement !

Nous avons passé 2 semaines exceptionnelles à Uzès et cet appartement est vraiment top ! Nous y retournerons ! Marie est à la fois discrète et très abordable. Les + : - En plein centre, on a accès à tout : primeurs, restos, traiteurs, la Place aux Herbes est magnifiques ainsi que la place du Duché - Malgré que l'on soit en plein centre, les nuits sont calmes, aucun bruit. La literie est top. La vue sur les toits est magnifique - Possibilité de se garer au Q Park, il suffit de réserver et payer pour le temps sur place - Marché nocturne le mardi soir, marché des producteurs le mercredi matin, marché le samedi matin - De bonnes ballades et rando à faire à proximité Le - : est au 3ème étage mais vraiment ça se fait bien Nous recommandons à 100% et nous y retournerons !

Tolle Wohnung im Zentrum vom wunderhübschen Uzès

Die Wohnung ist wie beschrieben. Sehr hübsch eingerichtet und sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir waren jetzt im August da und die Klimaanlage ist einfach noch das Tüpfelchen auf dem I. Sehr, sehr angenehm, wenn man vom Bummeln durch die Stadt oder abends vom Essen nach Hause kam. Zudem ist Uzès eine Bilderbuchstadt. Wirklich. Man tritt aus dem Haus und ist Mitten im Trubel dieser außergewöhnlichen, liebevollen Kleinstadt. Außerdem hatten wir das große Glück und haben zwei Tage des Festivals hautnah miterlebt. Ein ganz besonderes Erlebnis. Wir bedanken uns bei den Gastgebern, die jederzeit erreichbar waren und diese schöne Wohnung mit Gästen aus aller Welt teilen. Merci beaucoup. Und Auf Wiedersehen bis zum nächsten Mal.

A perfect place within a perfect location

My husband and I stayed in this wonderful Apartment for a month in August and it could not have been more perfect. It was clean and well appointed. This charming apartment was right in the hub of Uzes therefore close to cafes, shops and restaurants and a short walk to the historic Place Aux Herbes and to the absolutely beautiful La Valee de LÉure. Being there during a heatwave the air conditioner was very welcome. And being on the 3rd floor we had a wonderful view of the main street at a time when there were many festival parades, markets and wandering musicians. Marie was very obliging, welcoming and available if needed though never obtrusive. We will definitely return to Uzes and look forward to staying in this Apartment again if it is available.

Uzes apartment - clean, quaint and centrally located

We found this apartment to be accurately represented by the listing. It is clean and located just on the edge of the Place aux Herbes. Market day (Saturday) is bananas, so I would highly recommend arriving on Friday. There is plenty of free parking, within a walking distance of 10 minutes (you walk past an inviting public pool!) The air conditioning works fantastically well and makes this apartment a welcome oasis from la canicule!! Merci to our hosts for a delightful stay!

Lovely UZES

This is a lovely apt over a main street but surprisingly quiet. We really enjoyed it. Charmingly decorated, very comfortable, and perfectly located for getting supplies, parking, and just walking around this charming village. Uzes and this whole area are one of our favorite places in France. We were very happy to return and find it even better than we remembered. The apt was perfect for us to enjoy everything once again. It has windows on both sides of the apt for a nice breeze but none that look into someone else's apt. One side gives you a nice view over the rooftops.(Do remember that it is on the 3rd floor) All in all, we very much enjoyed our 10 day stay and could have stayed longer.

Avons passé un agréable séjour dans l'appartement de Marie fort sympathique soit dit en passant , pas eu besoin de voiture tout sur place idéalement situé , Nous avons pu profiter de la climatisation qui tombée bien vu les températures . magnifique !!!!!

Appartement magnifique , lumineux , propre , très fonctionnel , climatisé conforme à la description , tout y est plein centre ville près de la place aux Herbes , idéalement situé pour visiter Uzes et ses alentours . Propriétaire très accueillante , qui a bien su nous conseiller , nous avons profiter du marché d'Uzes , visite du jardin Médiéval ( à faire ) et non loin de là visite du Musée 1900 ( à ne pas louper ....) Nous reviendrons , c'est certain et vous conseillons d'y aller
