The villa is located in the tourist town of Saint-François, in the private residence "Louisiana Park", secure and very quiet.
Very warm for holidays with friends or family, it can accommodate 6 people.
It has been completely refurbished, from paint, to furniture.
The 3 bedrooms are air conditioned (the bedding is new and of high quality).
You will find 2 bedrooms on the ground floor:
- One with a 160x200cm bed, with adjoining shower room.
- One with two 90 × 200 twin beds, which can be made into a large 180 × 200 bed. Also with an adjoining shower room.
An independent common WC.
- A bedroom upstairs with a 160x200cm bed, with en-suite shower room and wc.
The living room, fully open to the outside, overlooks the furnished terrace, and the carbet facing the pool.
The TV lounge is comfortable, you can enjoy a TV subscription and a wifi network.
The American kitchen has completely new equipment (oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge, washing machine, etc.).
In the dining area you will find a large table and 8 chairs.
You will be provided with sheets and towels.
If you have small children, a cot and high chair will be loaned to you.
In addition, a welcome breakfast is provided.
The salt pool is very pleasant, as well as the carbet, the deckchairs and the barbecue.
The Louisiana residence is located on the tourist route, where there are very good restaurants, as well as an excellent bakery. You are 5 minutes by car from the beaches, the village of Saint-François and its local market! You will also find an international golf course, an airfield, a marina, restaurants, shops, supermarkets.
The town of Saint-François is renowned for its heavenly beaches, and its tip of the castles, a place to visit!
We offer our vacationers a preferential rate for a day boat trip on the island of Petite-Terre. My husband will be delighted to introduce you to this magnificent nature reserve. A local aperitif and lunch are included, as well as flippers, masks and snorkels.
The car is necessary to move around the island. You can park it safely at the entrance of the villa. We offer a rental company that parks your car at the villa during the day, and picks you up at the airport, don't hesitate to ask me for their contact.
