Beautiful views of the mountains and oceans on the ground floor

This is a beautifully remodeled condo located in the cliff side community of Alii Kai. This ground floor unit has gorgeous new flooring with a full wall of windows leading to a wonderful lanai to sit and enjoy the ocean and tropical weather. The living space & kitchen are open & spacious with plenty of comfortable guest seating, a large flat screen tv, board games & more to enjoy your time while you are in this space. The kitchen is spectacular with gorgeous cabinetry & quartz counters & a full dining space to enjoy a meal and see the amazing Kauai Mountains. There are 2 bedrooms- each with it's own beautifully updated bathroom. One bedroom has a view of gorgeous kauai mountains, has 2 queen size beds and is very comfortable. The other has ocean peak views which are just as beautiful and a comfortable queen size bed. The condo features luxury linens and towels, a fully stocked kitchen, plenty of beach towels, chairs & beach accessories. There is wonderful grass space around the unit, a pool & spa with bbq area and spectacular ocean views all around the property.

we absolutely loved staying at this condo in Princeville! The place is gorgeous, super comfy, and had everything we needed for a stress-free vacation. Waking up to those views was unreal, and being so close to beaches, shops, and hikes made exploring Kauai so easy. We can’t wait to come back—it’s definitely a spot we’ll be recommending to everyone!

We loved this place! Beautiful kitchen and view of the gorgeous landscape outside. The neighborhood is wonderful to walk through and the pool is close by.

60th birthday getaway

We stayed here for a surprise vacation for my mom’s 60th birthday and it was the most relaxing and wonderful trip. The VRBO was the perfect Hawaii getaway for us and we loved every minute. So grateful to our hosts for this lovely stay!

Family Vacation

It was an amazing condo. Great view and Great space. There is turtle cove right down the hill that the kids enjoyed. We enjoyed the chicken and ducks coming to visit us every morning as well. Definitely would go back.

The grounds were beautiful and our place was clean. The inside was a bit outdated and we ran out of toilet paper, paper towels, and clorox wipes - items that should be well stocked. The towels were pretty stinky and thin; they need to be replaced. The mattress covers on the beds were stained and yellow and could use a refresh as well. Overall, we enjoyed our stay there and would probably stay there again.

The condo is very comfortable and includes all the needed features including beach accessories. Absolutely beautiful view of the mountains. There is a partial view of the water from across a parking lot between buildings. The area in Princeville is beautiful and a great place to walk, run, golf. It’s only 5 miles from Hanalei Bay which is a favorite. My only downside of this condo is no where to sit and watch the ocean. All in all this condo gets an A- from me.

The property was perfect for us. Quiet area, close to everything on the North side, beautiful grounds. The kitchen has all the utensils, pans, dishes, etc that you will need. There was dish soap, laundry detergent/dryer sheets, hand soap in the bathroom, toilet paper, and trash bags. We stayed in May and and were comfortable with the use of the fans. There were 2 snorkel masks and mouth pieces but no flippers so we rented some from Hanalei Surf Company- very reasonably priced. There were two boogie boards, sand toys, four beach chairs, a couple beach umbrellas, a small cooler and 2 beach bags.

Princeville, Kauai 2 night stay

The property is lovely and very well stocked! We had a question upon arrival and Kelly the host responded immediately. The complex is a little bit isolated, but beautifully maintained. It is true you will need a car. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend a stay here!

Perfect location

We loved our stay at this condo! We used the beach chairs, umbrella, towels, cooler and snorkel gear for our beach trips. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked and the condo was spacious with plenty of room to hang out in the kitchen or living room. Incredible views from every window, and a relaxing lanai. My kids loved swimming at the pool and I loved having a washer/dryer. The location is very safe and convenient, just a short drive to shopping and restaurants in Hanalei as well as several beaches, and you can even walk to Queen’s Bath.

Beautiful Views

The views from the condo are gorgeous. Mountains from one side and ocean to the other! The condo is just as pictured and fairly well stocked. We got to the condo complex after dark and it was very hard finding the building as the building numbers are on rocks that were obstructed by foliage. If possible I would 100% recommend getting there before dark. It was a very quiet complex aside from the chickens, but they add to the charm. Overall a great stay.

June Stay

Property is well-loved. Owner helpful via FaceTime as we had difficulty finding with so many look-alike bldgs, but wi-fi can be weak. Only problems were TV was unusable due to inability to lower volume and upstairs occupant who was stomping around at 3:30 am.

I know the remote was a struggle! I was not aware you had any kind of wifi issue as this has not been a problem in the past. We are in an island so occasionally (in certain weather) there may be a challenge but I will definitely check this as I want good wifi always!!! Hopefully the other unit above you did not keep you up and you were still able to enjoy your Kauai trip. Thanks again for staying with us!!

North Shore Christmas stay

We stayed here for 3 weeks over Christmas and new years. We loved the condo and the complex in general! The pool and hot tub area was fantastic. The sound of the waves and the views of the mountains out the back windows was special. The condo had everything we needed to be comfortable for 3 weeks. We didn’t miss a thing at home! Everyone was comfortable in the beds and the place was clean and comfy. We were surprised how comfortable the temp was without a/c, we all agreed we didn’t miss it. But Kelly did supply a lot of extra fans if needed that didn’t get used. Kelly was an amazing host she was very helpful and responsive and wanted to make sure we had a great stay and I would without a doubt stay in one of her properties again!

Great Stay in Princeville

We had a great time at this vacation home! It is well stocked with laundry soap, plenty of towels, a curler, blow dryer, some coffee and tea, beach chairs, ice blocks, toys, books, sand toys, and more. The pool on site is heated and clean, and the grounds are so nicely maintained. The chickens that roam the complex are such a fun touch - my toddler had a great time spotting them. The fans kept us cool in April, and we’d definitely come back again! That being said, we had a bit of a hiccup with the lockbox upon arrival which made check in a bit stressful. Then, the password listed for WiFi didn’t work which made it hard for me to contact the property manager. When I did get a hold of the manager, though, she was very helpful and quick to answer my phone calls.

Bellissimo e spaziosissimo appartamento, esattamente come descritto e come appare in foto. Da tenere presente che lo spazio esterno è piccolo e contiene solo un salottino, qui di non è possibile mangiare all'aperto. Tuttavia lo spazio a disposizione all'interno nel salone- sala da pranzo è enorme. I bagni sono attrezzati, mancano solo dei portasciugamani e qualche gancio al muro. Letti supercomodi ma armadi occupati dalle attrezzature da spiaggia e quindi inutilizzabili ( e non c'è posto per sistemare le valige di due adulti).Nonostante ciò do all'appartamento 5 stelle!

Very nice location near turtle cove. The place was clean and specious. Well stocked. I noticed this towards the end of the stay, the closet had stuff for beach activities also. Enjoyed the stay.

Wonderful place to stay

Our family absolutely enjoyed staying in Princeville on our trip. The condo was clean, nicely furnished, and up-to-date. Close to Hanalei Bay, which we loved! Nice to have beach chairs, towels and umbrellas available for our use.

We are a family who loves Kauai and the adventures that Kauai brings. We love the ocean and diving is a huge passion of ours and kauai provides endless adventures. We enjoy kayaking, paddle boarding with our children and spending as much time as possible on the beach.

Por qué eligió esta propiedad

The ground floor unit and beautiful views were reasons why we were drawn to this Home. The open design and large sliding doors- letting in tons of tradewinds, made us fall in love. Plus, the community itself is set on amazing cliff side location, has a great pool and spa area and wonderful BBQ area that we knew would get great use. WE like to walk to the shopping center for our evening ice cream and our favorite beach is Hideaway so it was a done deal when we saw the home.

Our location to beaches, restaurants, and Kauai hiking is spectacular. Our unit has great ocean peaks and teh view of the mountains is special. You will not see another location as good as ours for the price.
