Entry & Security System- The home is equipped with an electronic access & security system. You will be assigned a unique guest code for access.
Kitchen - Equipped with cookware & utensils, and dishes silverware etc. Modern appliances included four burner electric cooktop, oven, gourmet coffee maker, toaster, microwave, & refrigerator. Help yourself tot he coffee bar & food/spices etc you find in the apartment

Extraordinarily unique property. This cottage includes a private driveway, carport parking, private patio and orchid garden. It sits on a 12000 sf lot shared by two other buildings and 3 additional apartments. The common gardens feature a patio and grilling area as well as mango, starfruit, lychee and avocado trees. When in season you are welcome to the fruit!
The interior is furnished with an eclectic mix of authentic vintage and modern pieces. The bedroom features a queen sized bed complete with Simmons Beautyrest pillow top mattress, 100% cotton 600 thread count sateen sheets, and 4 down pillows.
For families traveling with small infants or children, a crib can be provided upon request.
