Great Family Vacation

We really enjoyed our stay at one of Beachball Properties rental condos. The condo was very spacious and clean. Beachball Properties was very easy to work with and communication with them was great. Would definitely use them again in the future.

Four Old Friends...

The property is perfect! Clean, plenty of space and the views are awesome! The amenities were also great! The location if perfect....walk to eat or the beach and a quick drive to plenty of other things to do!

Great time

Property was great. Plenty of room for our entire family of six. Great large table on patio where we were able to have our meals outside.

Group of 12 stayed during New Years

Clean, spacious & what a view!! Walk to the beach was easy. Restaurant next door was very good. We rented jet ski’s from the marina right outside. Lots of pools, hot tubs & things for the kids to do. We loved our stay & look forward to coming back!!

Toaster tried to catch on fire as well as microwave, they said nothing was wrong with dishwasher but the dishes stayed dirty, appliances out if date. They tell you it sleeps 12 to14 people but you can only have 2 cars on the property false advertising. The keys we had to keep getting rescanned because they quit opening the door. Don't waste your money! Absolutely ruined our once a year family beach trip !

Parking limitations and access requirements are established by the property/HOA and are separate from the home’s sleeping capacity. Room with a View

Our Thanksgiving holiday was beautiful. The condo at Caribe was amazing. This was our first stay in this condo and our 15th stay at the resort. We love it❣

Wonderful condo!!

This condo lived up to all its reviews. The views were amazing, even saw dolphins in the bay. The outdoor pools kept our kids entertained all week, plenty of space and the slides were a lot of fun (even for the adults) The onsight restaurant, The Cobalt, is absolutely fantastic. We will be back to this resort for sure!

Great getaway!

Our 4th time staying at Caribe was awesome as always! Great property - great condo - great views. Really enjoyed our beach vacation. Only con this time was not being able to check in and check out onsite - had to go to the property management company office several miles down the road. Would definitely stay on property again next year!!

Gulf Paradise

The unit was very large and our family of 8 had plenty of room. We loved the large balcony and the expansive view was breathtaking. The furnishings made us feel right at home. We’ll definitely be back!!!

Best view, excellent property.

We brought our boat and were able to go floundering and ghost crabbing on the island across from the property. The kids LOVED the water slides and lazy river. Definitely a 10 out of 10!

Great time

Except for the coffee pot not working the last 2 days it was nice. Great view and very comfortable. I would suggest a deep cleaning of everything.

We really enjoyed the stay. The view was amazing. The condo was very clean and the living area was spacious. I have a couple of suggestions for some inexpensive items that would be helpful. They include kitchen shears, toilet bowl brushes in each bathroom and a couple of large bowls for salads and/or snacks.

Breathtaking views and incredible location

My family and I just stayed in this beautiful condo at Caribe In Orange Beach. I was immediately interested in this condo because of the amazing views overlooking the bay and the ocean! We spent hours on our balcony watching Boats come and go from the marina, dolphins swimming, And just an incredible view of Orange Beach. We love that we can walk down to Cobalt for lunch or dinner and the property has a ton of amenities for families and is literally close to everything we love in terms of shopping and restaurants. We will definitely be back again!

The views were amazing!

Everything worked, plenty of dishes and plates for a larger group. The unit is starting to show its age (along with the resort itself), but it’s hard to pay attention to any of that because you can’t take your eyes of the horizon. All the staff you will encounter are pleasant and kind. My family has stayed in condos and homes from Sandestin to Gulf Shores and this had to have been the easiest area to get around in, and as condos go, this place has everything to keep the kids busy and the parents relaxed. We are already looking to book again next year.
