Our stay

Everything was accurate, easy access for codes, i will give a 10 for cleanliness, beds were comfy, the views were amazing and seen dolphins everyday. We would stay here againin the near future

Beach and gmes

It was lovely. Views were beautiful. Property was clean and very nice. We had one small issue with coffee maker and they pretty much immediately brought a new one. Would definitely rent this property in the future.

Nice Place!

Everything was very nice and clean. The space was updated and nicely decorated. My only complaint would be the beds. The mattresses old and visibly sunken (is that a word?) and the bedding itself was a little sparse. But other than that we enjoyed the stay very much.

Just perfect

Everything was perfect, the beds were really comfortable, the kitchen had all the supplies we need it. You do have to bring extra paper towel and toilet tissue. I wish checkout was a little later than 9 AM especially when you have small children. This unit did not allow late checkout..

My family of 5 adults & 3 children loved this condo! The balcony was perfect for watching the boats go in & out of the pass. Great location, beach was private & not crowded. Beach attendants were very accommodating!

Great place to stay!

Property was very nice. Check in and out was very easy. Getting everything out by 9:00am check out time was a little hectic, but doable. I wish it had been 10 or 11am. The condo has large windows with beautiful views!! It is on the end which was great due to us having multiple small children. There was easy access to the beach and the pool area was very nice. The kitchen was well stocked. If you plan on making any lasagna type meals you will need to get some disposable metal pans but that is not a big deal. The balcony was great to enjoy early morning coffee or late night drink. I would recommend this for any large group.

Family Vacation

Great location at the end of the beach - condo was very quite and the beach was not crowded like with the high rise condo locations - we rented chairs close to the water and the beach attendant was very accommodating - pool was nice and sufficient for our needs - highly recommend Grand Point Condos

Very Clean Condo!

We come to Orange Beach all the time and have never stayed at Grand Pointe before. What a great place! The condo was one of the cleanest we have ever stayed at. Plenty of space for everyone inside and 4 bathrooms is amazing. Southern Vacation Rentals made the entire process easy even we we extended our stay. Everything was great. We will be back!

Friends weekend

The condo was perfect for what we needed. It was very spacious and clean. The toilet in one of the guest bedrooms was leaking out from the bottom and they came and fixed it immediately. I would highly recommend this unit to anyone looking for a spacious and quiet area. Also we walked to the Gulf restaurant and bar and had drinks everyday, easy walk and the views are the best on the beach!! Thanks so much we really enjoyed our stay.

Need to not use Southern Management charging for cleaning but no doing job

Pick new management co. They are not helpful and can't get in touch with when things like go to get in pool and looks like someone has thrown up in pool. Also their cleaning people leave a lot to be desired.

Perfect Spring Break!

Great Early Christmas Getogether

Fantastic venue. Very clean and nice property. Nice and quiet. Plenty of room fully stocked kitchen. We really enjoyed our stay very much. We had family come over from Pensacola and were able to spend an early Christmas together.
