This beautiful home sits on 12+ private acres with unobstructed views. Gorgeous negative edge pool allows you to literally soak it all in. Tons of deck space to relax and enjoy the outdoors. Located in the serene hill country just outside of San Antonio. 10 miles to shopping & restaurants and 15 miles to Sea World.
Interior has a great layout and is comfortably furnished with a subtle western flair and hand made Saltillo clay tile on the main floor. Main floor boasts 2 Bedrooms, Bunkroom, 2 Baths, Kitchen, Dining Room, Study, & Laundry Room. Upstairs has 4 Bedrooms, 2 Baths and a large Game Room.

Amazing place with amazing views!

The house is wonderful. Our group of ladies had the best weekend. Everything was perfect in the house and we had no issues except trying to work the keypad on the front door. It is painstaking but once inside, the house is worth the trouble!We were first texted a code which was incorrect and then had to dig through a long email thread to find the correct code and then the keypad and lock are not user friendly. It did not spoil our wonderful one bit though - the house is wonderful!

Friends Trip

Four couples traveled to Texas for a short vacation. The house perfectly accommodated the size of our group. The game room and outdoor spaces were an added bonus.

Perfect

The house was amazing and it was the perfect setting to celebrate my parents 45th wedding anniversary! All rooms were as described. San Antonio was a bit of a drive but there was also a lot of construction. Would highly recommend for a family get together.

Spectacular

I booked this for my work crew for a week and a half while in town working. They had nothing but good things to say about the property. The host was super helpful and very responsive when I needed to add an extra night. Would highly recommend this property.

Wonderful family vacation

My family really enjoyed this property. It was spacious for 7 adults, teenager, children and infant. We enjoyed the space we had when we were all eating as well as the pool area. This property was closed to the areas that we wanted to visit (seaworld, river walk and the Alamo). The owner was pleasant to deal with and responded to all questions/concerns promptly. Definitely would stay here again.

Birthday Celebration

Got the family together for my mom’s 70th birthday. 13 people and there was so much room. Kitchen has been remodeled but everything else was exactly as the pictures. Beautiful views and sunrise. Definitely recommend.

Dads 80th surprise Birthday

Me and my siblings had a surprise party for our dad. The house was perfect for our stay. We never had to leave. With the pool, deck and large house we had such a great time just celebrating our dad and being with family. Couples retreat

The house was amazing. We will definitely be back. The one thing that could've been an upgrade is the TV. Then again we would not have watched the TV if it wasn't for a boxing match that the men had to see. THANKS BETH 😊

Getaway

We had 12 adults, 6 couples. Each couple had their own bedroom and 4 full bathrooms to share. Rooms were very nice and spacious. The kitchen is amazing, the island is very large!! The pool area is awesome!!! The infinity edge was perfect for taking in the view of the countryside. It took about 1/2 an hour to get to San Antonio riverwalk, which is a must see!! My only constructive criticism would be to light up the steps going down to the beautiful pool. Would definitely stay again!!!

family fun

This house was perfect for our family. Very clean with nice touches like a couple extra blankets in living room, baby gate, high chair and pack n play. It was nice to have start ups of all the essentials such as dishwasher and laundry soap, paper towels etc. The pantry had many staples that were available for use. The bedroom locations allowed for privacy. The family with 3 young children used the master suite as the back closet was large enough for the pack and play, giving the baby her own room yet close to parents. The game room was a hit with the kids, and grandma. The house had many board and card games that were fun for the kids. The pool was perfect after we contacted Beth and turned off the heater.( which works great!!! for those considering a trip in cooler weather) Used fire pit every night. The location was chosen during mid covid, and very quiet and secluded. We (grandparents) loved it. The young adults would have preferred a location a bit closer to the city. It was not a good place to take walks as it is located on a county road. The neighbor was very friendly. We had a great trip and loved staying in this home.

Nice Secluded Big House

Our family celebrated a 50th wedding anniversary. We had 10 people and the house was great. It was a little ways out of San Antonio but we wanted something with a little space for our teenagers. The drive into San Antonio was not bad at all. The kitchen was the best, plenty of bed rooms and living spaces. The deck and pool were also great outdoor spaces.

Awesome View!

Plenty of space for our family - the 4 upstairs rooms all have good sized walk-in closets as well. Ping pong table was good entertainment, and I liked that it was completely separate from the rest of the living area. The deck overlooks the hill country and is a great spot to watch the sunrise as you sip your morning coffee. Pantry and kitchen are well stocked with most things you'll need, with a HEB about 10 minutes away, IIRC. The pool is good sized with lots of space around for lounging. The house has a pack-n-play if you have a little one, but the stairs are a bit steep, so maybe bring a way to block them off? There's a stair gate in the pantry, but it didn't really fit even at maximum width. I also really liked that the TV had a chromecast already - a simple, inexpensive thing to have, not sure why more VRBOs don't have one instead of cable. Only potential downside is not much yard space - not a big deal if you just want to swim and sit in the AC, but something to be aware of if you're looking to do more outdoor games.

Family Getaway

We had a wonderful time during our stay. We enjoyed the scenery and pool. It was a great spot to relax and spend time with extended family. Also, HEB and Walmart where about 20 minutes away. The griddle was perfect for cooking outside burgers and fajitas.

Geriatric Annual Bunco Trip

Group of ladies all but 1 over age 60 and we thoroughly enjoyed our weekend stay at this lovely properly. Privacy with a wonderful view out back and very nice large pool. Playing Ping Pong and especially Fooseball brought back a lot of fun younger days memories. We would all recommend this property for anyone wanting a fun but also relaxing vacation stay. We felt like we were out in the middle of nowhere but were only 15-20 minutes from outskirts of San Antonio and stores if we needed anything.

Family Vacation

This house was the perfect size for my family while on vacation. It was clean and everything was neat and in order. Some of the pictures online can be updated because a lot of the shrubbery in the front near the driveway and in the back near the pool has grown. It also should be put in the description that only the master bedroom has a TV in it. We were unaware of that and had to end up going to Walmart and purchasing TV's to put in our rooms. Other than that, the house was very neat, clean, and spacious. We enjoyed the view of the hills while sitting out on the back patio, and at night you can really see the stars and there's a nice view of the city lights. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and also had a few extra things in the pantry. If vacationing in San Antonio this house is perfect if you have a large group with you.
